Energy
There is no modern English word that has not grazed the pages of the bible.
As I spend time studying His Word and seeing by His Spirit I realize much of my time is spent using energy! This energy is generated as electric and they who can recall I always talked of grabbing the transformer for His power rather then switching on the electric light switch in houses.
Now this modern word 'energy,' is it in the Word and if so let us by His Spirit SEE it in action as He unfolds His Word to us.
Energy = is the property that must be transferred to an object in order to perform work on, or to heat, the object.
The Greek word for energy is ENERGEIA [G1753]! King James Word Usage - Total: 8 working 4, effectual working 2, operation 1, strong 1.
And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working G1753 of his mighty power, Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, .... Ephesians 1:19,20a Yes, it was energy, GOD’S ENERGY, which RAISED CHRIST FROM THE DEAD! And this ENERGY is for us!!!!
This energy of God shall so work in us, shall so CHANGE US that we shall become changed as He is, Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working G1753 whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself. Philippians 3:21
Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation G1753 of God, who hath raised him from the dead. Colossians 2:12
God is Spirit and His Spirit at work within His sons and daughters is the manifestation of the energy of God for all to see and know!!!!!
I have good news for you... you can receive a new spirit, a new energy, Holy Spirit, Holy Energy, and as a result attain a walk in right living, a walk in righteousness.
That is what God is!
This ENERGY, is but the invisible being seen in the visible!
The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit. John 3:8
"For as a man thinketh in his heart, so is he." Prov. 23:7
"Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose MIND is stayed on Thee" Isa. 26:3
"If ye then be risen with Christ seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Set your affections (thoughts) on things above (spiritual, heavenly), not on things on the earth (natural, carnal)" Col. 3:1,2
"Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, THINK on these things!" Phil. 4:8
