Fire and Water
I've been chewing still on Hebrews 6:1,2 and find "eternal judgement" very interesting. The Word 'eternal' in Greek is the word "age." So it would read "age judgement."
I see us in the end of age and as I looked at the end of age judgement verses I find much truth to behold. Lets look at them.
"I beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints, and prevailed against them; Until the Ancient of days came, and JUDGEMENT was given TO THE SAINTS of the most High; and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom." Daniel 7:21-22
"and SAVIOURS [or deliverers & notice the PLURAL form] shall come up on mount Zion [government of God -- His Sons] to JUDGE the mount of Esau [government of man -- the flesh]; and the kingdom shall be the Lord's." Obadiah 21
"Do ye not know that the SAINTS shall JUDGE THE WORLD? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters? Know ye not that we shall JUDGE the angels?" 1 Corinthians 6:2,3
"To him that OVERCOMETH will I grant to sit with Me IN My THRONE...And I saw THRONES, and THEY sat upon them, and JUDGEMENT was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded [no longer having man's mind but the mind of Christ] for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads [carnal minded], or in their hands [carnal works]; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years." Revelation 3:21 and 20:4
What one must know before that one is the overcomer is that JUDGEMENT MUST BEGIN WITH US!
"For the time is come that JUDGMENT must begin at THE HOUSE OF GOD: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? [No doubt, a very severe consequence.]" I Peter 4:17
"For WE must ALL appear before the JUDGMENT SEAT OF CHRIST; that every one may receive the things done in the body, according to that he hath done whether it be good or bad." II Corinthians 5:10
What one will see is God's JUDGEMENT is one of correction in due time, NOT SOME ETERNAL PUNISHMENT ONLY!
Them that shall be His body of JUDGEMENT will be the one's learning how to live and walk as HUMBLE sons of God NOW!
Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up. James 4:10
Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble.
Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: .... 1Peter 5:5,6
Such an AWESOME one is Isaiah! Look at this humble man made to do God's will!
"WOE IS ME! for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips...FOR MINE EYES HAVE SEEN THE KING, the Lord of hosts." Isaiah 6:5
Such AWE as Isaiah sees the KING, the LORD of HOSTS that he proclaims how he is undone and a man of UNCLEAN LIPS! Isaiah is a senses is say ""O Lord send someone else who would be more worthy."
However, when God calls a person, it is that individual He desires, and He will bring him to a place of worthiness in due process, and it will be in the same manner as He brought Isaiah ".... BY JUDGMENT WITH A BURNING COAL FROM HIS ALTAR PLACED UPON THE MOUTH" Isaiah 6:6,7
Than as Isaiah the humbled sons of God will hear "Thine iniquity is taken away, and thy sin purged." Isaiah 6:7 And following this judgment the Lord will ask, "Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?" Isaiah 6:8. Those who have been judged and purged and have truly taken on His name (nature) can then say with humility,
"Here am I; send me." Isaiah 6:8.
Yes one blessed example of a humble son of God!
However look at Jeremiah and how humbled he was in his heart "Then said I, Ah, Lord GOD! behold, I cannot speak: for I am a child." Jeremiah 1:6
As far as I am concerned the two greatest Prophets and when called by God the humbleness of heart rose for the task not the pride of the flesh!
Do we understand judgement as taught by the Holy Spirit or do we speak what saith man?
The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be TORMENTED WITH FIRE and BRIMSTONE IN the presence of the holy angels, and IN the presence of the Lamb: And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up FOR EVER AND EVER: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name. Rev 14:10,11
Who shall be PUNISHED WITH EVERLASTING DESTRUCTION FROM the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power; When he shall come to be glorified IN HIS SAINTS, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed ) in that day. II Thessalonians. 1:9-10
So taking those two verses and looking at judgement I truly would see some problems; namely, a glaring contradiction. In both areas of scripture we read that the judgment appears to have no end. In Rev 14:10,11 the smoke of their torment is ascending "for ever and ever," while in II Thessalonians 1:9-10 their punishment is "everlasting."
For ever and ever would be like saying "honest truth." The use of "for ever and ever" is not eternal!
Also look and see in in Revelation 14:10 it is recorded that it will be IN THE PRESENCE FOREVER, but with II Thessalonians 1:9 the "EVERLASTING judgment is FROM THE PRESENCE of Christ.
So is the judgement IN or FROM?
It cannot be! Those being IN the presence of the Lamb forever certainly cannot also be FROM His presence at the same time throughout the remainder of eternity.
Time we repent from MYSTERY BABYLON teachings on eternal judgement and looked to the Holy Spirit for the Truth that WILL MAKE US FREE!
And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name. Revelation 14:11
'Ever' = Strong's G165 - aiōn - period of time, age
So in Revelation 14:11, their torment is one that will continue into at least two ages (eis aionas aionon, into ages of ages), and this torment is a result of being in the PRESENCE of Christ and those who are His Holy messengers.
Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power; ... II Thessalonians 1:9
Everlasting = Strong's G166 - aiōnios - age-lasting.
This punishment is one that lasts only for an age, and that age cannot be determined to be any particular length of time. Whether it is for one person or all mankind, when God is working a particular thing and it requires special dealings to accomplished His will, this is called an age, and when the processing is completed, the age will have ended.
Jesus Christ came to TAKE AWAY the sin of the world (John 1:29), not to magnify it and preserve it throughout eternity in the souls of mankind while they burn endlessly in hell fire as taught by MYSTERY BABYLON!
The word FIRE is translated from the Greek word PUR from which we get words such as PURe, PURify, PURge. Fire is not a bad word, unless held by one that teaches and preaches from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. When one looks at fire from the tree of life one will see how pure God is.
Circumcise yourselves to the LORD, and take away the foreskins of your heart, ye men of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem: lest my fury come forth LIKE FIRE, and burn that none can quench it, because of the evil of your doings. Jeremiah 4:4
Wherefore thus saith the LORD God of hosts, Because ye speak this WORD, behold, I will make my WORDS in thy mouth FIRE, and this people wood, and it shall devour them. Jeremiah 5:14
And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire. Hebrews 1:7
For our God IS a consuming fire. Hebrews 12:29
To the wood, hay, and stubble of the natural man and to the tares of the world, the judgment fires of God are most certainly painful. But when it is finished, it will be as Isaiah declared: "He will destroy in this mountain the face of the covering cast over ALL PEOPLE, and the vail that is spread over ALL NATIONS. He will swallow up death in victory; and the Lord will wipe away tears from ALL FACES. For when Thy judgments are IN THE EARTH, THE INHABITANTS OF THE WORLD WILL LEARN RIGHTEOUSNESS." Isaiah 25:7-8, 26:9.
See outside of Him one is in His fire. However! The one IN Him is in the water of the Word which puts out the fire!
The woman of Samaria at the well is an awesome Truth of water and fire.
Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water. John 4:10
Jesus is offering her "living water" and when she finally wants it He shows forth the fire in her and why she needs the water.
Jesus saith unto her, Go, call thy husband, and come hither.
The woman answered and said, I have no husband. Jesus said unto her, Thou hast well said, I have no husband: For thou hast had five husbands; and he whom thou now hast is not thy husband: in that saidst thou truly. John 4:16-18
Fire in that she lived with a conscience of the fear of death. Why do I say fear of death?
5 husbands .... The number 5 symbolizes God's grace, goodness and favor toward humans. She has left 5 and is LIVING with the 6th but is not married to the 6th. The number 6 symbolizes human weakness and the manifestation of sin which carries the (fear of) death. Her conscience is her 6th husband and as so is living outside of God's grace.
And deliver them who through FEAR OF DEATH were all their lifetime subject to bondage. Hebrews 2:15
"Subject to bondage" but not married to it.
See the woman at the well represents all of humankind. Without the water of Life they are under the judgement (fire) of sin.
When one turns from the darkness to the Light that one is no longer under judgement fire but purifying fire which makes them as pure as GOLD!!
That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ: 1 Peter 1:7
You have wearied the Lord with your words. But you say, How have we wearied him? By saying, Everyone who does evil is good in the sight of the Lord, and he delights in them. Or by asking, Where is the God of justice?
Behold, I send my messenger, and he will prepare the way before me. And the Lord whom you seek will suddenly come to his temple; and the messenger of the covenant in whom you delight, behold, he is coming, says the Lord of hosts.
But who can endure the day of his coming, and who can stand when he appears? For he is like a refiner's fire and like fullers' soap.

Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick; therefore will I bring forth A FIRE FROM THE MIDST OF THEE, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee. Ezekiel 28:18
The mountains [major kingdoms and the sin of the individual] quake at him, and the hills [third world powers and the soulish desires of a individual] melt, and the earth [the rest of mankind as well as one's fleshly lusts] IS BURNED AT HIS PRESENCE, yea, the world, and all that dwell therein. Nahum 1:5
Both of these fires speak of the Spirit of God and its work in humankind. It is a spiritual fire not a natural fire. This spiritual, consuming fire is also spoken of in Revelation 14:10,11 in reference to those who have the mark of his name!

For, behold, THE LORD WILL COME WITH FIRE, and with his chariots like a whirlwind, to render his anger with fury, and his rebuke with flames of fire.
For by fire and by his sword will the LORD plead with all flesh: and the slain of the LORD shall be many.
They that sanctify themselves, and purify themselves in the gardens behind one tree in the midst, eating swine's flesh, and the abomination, and the mouse, shall be consumed together, saith the LORD. Isaiah 66:15-17
Through the wrath of the LORD of hosts is the land darkened, and the people shall be as the fuel of the fire: no man shall spare his brother. Isaiah 9:19
And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him. Jude 14,15
Is not my word like as a fire? saith the LORD; and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces? Jeremiah 23:29
The end of age manifested sons of God will be His living Word and carnality will be the fuel.

Behold, when it was whole, it was meet for no work [the system has never accomplished anything in the kingdom of God]: how much less shall it be meet yet for any work, when the fire hath devoured it, and it is burned. Therefore, thus saith the Lord God; As the vine tree among the trees of the forest, which I have GIVEN TO THE FIRE FOR FUEL, so will I give the inhabitants of Jerusalem. And I will set My face against them; they shall go out from one fire, and another fire shall devour them; and ye shall know that I am the Lord, when I set My face against them." Ezekiel 15:4-7
This judgmental FIRE, IS but a SPIRITUAL, one that will turn their hearts to Him which will cause them to desire Him as their Lord.
And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Philippians 2:11
This FIRE is the inworking of the Spirit rather than natural calamities upon the flesh, and since it is the work of the Spirit of the resurrected Christ, it will bring about a permanent change rather than a temporary repentance that is soon forgotten, as seen through out the old testament.
How does one know or see this FIRE of God‘s in the land?
By the Word that is being preached and taught by His sons to them that have ears to hear!
Take a look at Matthew 13:28-43 and see that the wheat are they who possess the Word of life and the tares are they that are knowledge-puffing, self-exalting pride rather than growing up as grain for the hungry. For both, the wheat and the tares, have been sustained by the same soil of church fellowship, sunshine of the Spirit, and rain of the Word and yet one feeds not another of the spiritual things but rather the natural carnality things of death.
When the separation is complete, those who remain will then be gathered to be food for the starving world.
For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.
For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope, Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. Romans 8:19-21

When one turns from the darkness to the Light that one is no longer under judgement fire but purifying fire which makes them as pure as GOLD!!
That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ: 1 Peter 1:7
You have wearied the Lord with your words. But you say, How have we wearied him? By saying, Everyone who does evil is good in the sight of the Lord, and he delights in them. Or by asking, Where is the God of justice?
Behold, I send my messenger, and he will prepare the way before me. And the Lord whom you seek will suddenly come to his temple; and the messenger of the covenant in whom you delight, behold, he is coming, says the Lord of hosts.
But who can endure the day of his coming, and who can stand when he appears? For he is like a refiner's fire and like fullers' soap.
He will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver, and he will purify the sons of Levi and refine them like gold and silver, and they will bring offerings in righteousness to the Lord.
Then the offering of Judah and Jerusalem will be pleasing to the Lord as in the days of old and as in former years.
Then I will draw near to you for judgment. I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers, against the adulterers, against those who swear falsely, against those who oppress the hired worker in his wages, the widow and the fatherless, against those who thrust aside the sojourner, and do not fear me, says the Lord of hosts.

Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick; therefore will I bring forth A FIRE FROM THE MIDST OF THEE, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee. Ezekiel 28:18
The mountains [major kingdoms and the sin of the individual] quake at him, and the hills [third world powers and the soulish desires of a individual] melt, and the earth [the rest of mankind as well as one's fleshly lusts] IS BURNED AT HIS PRESENCE, yea, the world, and all that dwell therein. Nahum 1:5
Both of these fires speak of the Spirit of God and its work in humankind. It is a spiritual fire not a natural fire. This spiritual, consuming fire is also spoken of in Revelation 14:10,11 in reference to those who have the mark of his name!
“... He shall be tormented with FIRE and BRIMSTONE [Grk. Theio, divine incense, because burning brimstone was regarded as having power to purify, God-fire] in the presence of the holy angels [Grk. aggelon, messengers] and in the presence of the Lamb: And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever [Grk. eis aionas aionon, into the ages of ages]." Revelation 14:10,11
As long as one remains with the mark of his name that one will stand in the judgement fire of God 's WORD!
For there is carnal fuel to burn.
The judgment fires of God in this age, and the one of the second resurrection, is the FIRE OF GOD, HIS WORD as it proceeds from the lips of His MINISTERING FLAMES OF FIRE which kindles fire of brimstone in the lost creation's heart.
For, behold, THE LORD WILL COME WITH FIRE, and with his chariots like a whirlwind, to render his anger with fury, and his rebuke with flames of fire.
For by fire and by his sword will the LORD plead with all flesh: and the slain of the LORD shall be many.
They that sanctify themselves, and purify themselves in the gardens behind one tree in the midst, eating swine's flesh, and the abomination, and the mouse, shall be consumed together, saith the LORD. Isaiah 66:15-17
Through the wrath of the LORD of hosts is the land darkened, and the people shall be as the fuel of the fire: no man shall spare his brother. Isaiah 9:19
And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him. Jude 14,15
Is not my word like as a fire? saith the LORD; and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces? Jeremiah 23:29
The end of age manifested sons of God will be His living Word and carnality will be the fuel.

"Behold, it [the Church, the vine tree, Jerusalem] is cast into the fire for fuel; the fire devoureth both the ends of it, and the midst of it is burned. Is meet for any work? Behold, when it was whole, it was meet for no work [the system has never accomplished anything in the kingdom of God]: how much less shall it be meet yet for any work, when the fire hath devoured it, and it is burned. Therefore, thus saith the Lord God; As the vine tree among the trees of the forest, which I have GIVEN TO THE FIRE FOR FUEL, so will I give the inhabitants of Jerusalem. And I will set My face against them; they shall go out from one fire, and another fire shall devour them; and ye shall know that I am the Lord, when I set My face against them." Ezekiel 15:4-7
This judgmental FIRE, IS but a SPIRITUAL, one that will turn their hearts to Him which will cause them to desire Him as their Lord.
And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Philippians 2:11
This FIRE is the inworking of the Spirit rather than natural calamities upon the flesh, and since it is the work of the Spirit of the resurrected Christ, it will bring about a permanent change rather than a temporary repentance that is soon forgotten, as seen through out the old testament.
How does one know or see this FIRE of God‘s in the land?
By the Word that is being preached and taught by His sons to them that have ears to hear!
Take a look at Matthew 13:28-43 and see that the wheat are they who possess the Word of life and the tares are they that are knowledge-puffing, self-exalting pride rather than growing up as grain for the hungry. For both, the wheat and the tares, have been sustained by the same soil of church fellowship, sunshine of the Spirit, and rain of the Word and yet one feeds not another of the spiritual things but rather the natural carnality things of death.
When the separation is complete, those who remain will then be gathered to be food for the starving world.
For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.
For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope, Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. Romans 8:19-21
And the house of Jacob shall be a fire, and the house of Joseph a flame, and the house of Esau for stubble, and they shall kindle in them, and devour them; and there shall not be any remaining of the house of Esau; for the LORD hath spoken it. Obadiah 18
And saviours shall come up on mount Zion to judge the mount of Esau; and the kingdom shall be the LORD'S. Obadiah 21
