Knowledge is Fellowship
Many think good works is being a follower of Jesus but that is not what it means to follow the Lord. Life is what shows any that look upon a follower of Jesus and that life is what is heard from the mouth of them that teach and preach the Word of life.
See the Word of life draws any to fellowship with the Father. The knowledge of good and evil binds one to a doctrine of a church. God is looking for sons to be a vessel of His fullness.
The Apostle Paul shows us the truth concerning them that follow not ---->“Having the UNDERSTANDING DARKENED, being alienated from the life of God through the IGNORANCE that is in them, because of the BLINDNESS of their hearts” Ephesians 4:18.
Paul also has a Word for them that follow the Lord, “God, who commanded the light to shine OUT OF darkness, hath shined IN OUR hearts, to give the LIGHT of the KNOWLEDGE OF THE GLORY OF GOD in the face of Jesus Christ” 2 Corinthians 4:6.
How clear this is to see: DARKNESS and IGNORANCE, LIGHT and KNOWLEDGE.
“wisdom excelleth folly, as far as light excelleth darkness” Ecclesiastes 2:13.
The KNOWLEDGE OF GOD is light to the soul, whereas IGNORANCE OF GOD equals a state of darkness. The KNOWLEDGE OF GOD will bring one into the life of God and that one will be a vessel to bring others into that life.
That which was from the beginning, which we have HEARD, which we have SEEN with our eyes, which we have LOOKED upon, and our hands have HANDLED, of the Word of life;
(For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;)
That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also MAY HAVE FELLOWSHIP WITH US: and truly our fellowship IS WITH THE Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ. 1 John 1:1-3
