Sonship Rather Than Churchship
Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began, .... 2 Timothy 1:9
Let us break it down and see sonship not so called church ship.
1. God who hath saved us.
God saves! not some prayer, church teaching or even some baptism.
2. God called us with an holy calling.
God called us not some man nor church.
3. NOT according to our works.
Now a sinners prayer is one's work, or obeying some evangelist call or even a water baptism!
4. God calls "according to his own purpose...."
God calls, not some work on behalf of the one being saved! It is according to God's OWN PURPOSE AND GRACE! Notice God's!!! NOT any work one does. BUT God!!!!!
5. "...and grace!" It is nothing but the grace of God that was given to us IN Christ Jesus before the world began.
God's purpose is to save ALL BEFORE the world began IN Christ Jesus.
I thank God that He has saved me and called me according to his own purpose and grace, which was given to me IN Christ (anointed) Jesus (Word) before the world began.
Now let's look at what MYSTERY BABYLON teaches. By MYSTERY BABYLON I mean all the churches about. Most in the churches are but self-righteous!
They claim they invited Jesus into their hearts by some prayer or some will say they were baptized in the name of Father, Son and Holy Ghost and some even say they were saved by being baptized in Jesus name.
Rather self-righteous talk stemming from the heart!
See those who teach these things make the one hearing believe that they made “a right decision for Christ to enter His Kingdom.”
Nothing more than MYSTERY BABYLON teaching a form of self-righteousness.
Yes! I was one that walked and talked as nothing more then a self-righteous fool proclaiming one had to be baptized in Jesus name for the remission of sins and to be saved 😕
When these self-righteous see that entry into His kingdom is based on His decision, His righteousness and His grace, the self-righteousness within them will be destroyed by GRACE AND TRUTH, spoken through the sons.
As in water face reflects face, So the heart of man reflects man. Proverbs 27:19
See God chose Israel to be the light in the world. However, even though they knew of God, they did not understand His heart, so they failed to understand His plan to use them to reconcile the rest of the world. And as a result, Israel fails in their calling. God then hardens their hearts further, and He uses their failure to do something unimaginable, unspeakable, and unutterable to those Israelites.
By crucifying the Messiah, the lamb of God who is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world!
In this modern world where so many claim to be Christians in a church run by men that call themselves sons of God I find that not much has changed from Jesus days. Despite knowing who He is, many of these Christians still don’t understand the Father’s heart, and therefore, they still don’t know His plan to use them to redeem all.
For them, that thought is unutterable!
YET! He hath blinded their eyes, and hardened their heart; that they should not see with their eyes, nor understand with their heart, and be converted, .… John 12:40
Now we see as it was so shall it be. Harden hearts running around teaching a grace less gospel patting the self-righteous upon their backs for obeying the preacher on how to be saved.
However! The Father's purpose will come to pass in that He is going to manifest His sons to this world that through them all will see and hear about His grace for all!
REPENT and be saved from this perverse generation.
