A rain drops in the ocean, is it not now a part of the ocean? Could not that rain drop say its the ocean rather than a rain drop?
He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. Ps 91:1,2
Now where is the "secret place of the most High ?"
He made darkness his secret place; his pavilion round about him were dark waters and thick clouds of the skies. Ps 18:11
So He made darkness his secret place .... So that means in darkness is a place where Life is!
So many say "Look to the Light." Go ahead and look up at that sun and tell me what Light you see.
Within everyone is the Christ, BUT not everyone knows that. They who come to know that know that the Christ is their Life in the flesh and in the spirit!
The Word of Life said--->Ye call me Master and Lord: and ye say well; for I am. John 13:13

Now notice it says "YOU (YE) CALL ME."

What does the one who hEARs the Light say--->If I then, your Lord and Master, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another's feet. John 13:14

Notice the Word of Life says YOU call me master and Lord, but the one that OBEYS the Word of Life calls the Word of Life, Lord and Master!

"....and no man can say that Word (Jesus) is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost. 1 Cor 12:3
So within every person is the Christ, the Life and when one lives as if they can walk out their life they are living in the carnal mind or the lower state of being.
They who know the one that dwells in the secret place are they who obey the Word of Life and walk out Life living in the higher state of being!
Ask anyone to hold their breath and see how long before the Master (Life) takes over and a breath is taken.
So yes many that abide in the lower state of being (carnal mind) has a Master who is Lord of that vessel.
They can call the Word of Life Master only because they obey it to live.
They who know the Word of Life is the Lord are they who live in the higher state of being and as so The Word of Life is their LORD!
The people that walked in darkness have seen a great light: they that dwell in the land of the shadow of death, upon them hath the light shined. Isa 9:2
One will not find out the Truth in anything this world has to offer and that includes RELIGION!
One must REPENT (turn) inward and in doing so that one will KNOW LIFE ETERNAL!
One that does not REPENT is one that KNOWS the world and its lusts.

For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever. 1 John 2:16,17
The body/flesh is of this world and so IS NOT OF THE Father!
However, within this body/flesh is the Truth and by it one will overcome to be as He is!
