Sardis 1
All GLOW-RAY unto Our Light, Life and LOVE.
We are in our 3 days of darkness and come Dec 25th the sun shall pass
over the equator and our days will get longer. Will be great to get out
again and enjoy the outdoors. Winter sure keeps us trapped indoors.
Sardis (Revelation 3:1-6) was the capital of Lydia and Lydia was a woman in Acts who was a
seller of purple.
Now purple is the colour that stands for power!
Sardis = Prince of joy, precious stone.
The prince of joy knows that the power of the Kingdom is within for one's use.
The seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars ....
Time to go Deep and see how the disciple of Christ is the one on a journey to be complete!
We can ONLY see the stars when the sun has set and so the 7 stars
represents the lower nature and the 7 Spirits of God represent the
higher nature. The star is indeed a light and as it journeys in the Word
of Life it shall become a blazing lamp of fire.
And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and voices: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God. Rev 4:5
Ohhhhhh if you are still looking in the sky for this THRONE .... awake
to the Truth that the THRONE is within the Kingdom which is within YOU!
So the star shall come forth in the POWER of the Kingdom and shall RULE
over one's own thoughts! For the Christ within has BOTH the 7 stars and
the 7 Spirits of God, which shows the dim lite in the lower nature shall
be under the rule of the blazing lamp of FIRE of the higher nature!
For there is only ONE upon the throne!
This is NOT a rebuke nor a reprove towards the disciple in this journey
BUT a encouragement in that the disciple will press on! At times one
wonders if the reward is worth it when all about so many just live for
their own desires.
However, deep down inside of that disciple is the still small voice that says "My son trust me in ALL things!"
"...I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead."
In this journey the disciple sees how the lower nature can be satisfied
of its lusts and desires, and in choice so the battle will be over. The
Christ within tells the disciple though that yes there is that lower
nature and yes it has been yours for many years .... HOWEVER to live
according to that lower nature you are but DEAD!
Come on now ..... Do we think a double minded one can be trusted with
the power of the Kingdom? Do we really think we can play both sides and
still come out a winner?
Time for us to "...awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation (wholeness/complete) nearer than when we believed.
Let us on this journey pay heed--->Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God. Rev 3:2
So hard at times this cross over from the 3rd church to the 5th church.
YES I did miss out on the 4th for I see the 4th as our hEARt (will) and
at times this world will tug it back and at times our thoughts will work
at pulling us back ..... BUT the Word of Life is the power that will
keep our feet in the journey to the throne room!
To be watchful is to be examining our hEARt!
A heart at peace (Sardis) gives life to the body, but envy rots the bones. Pro 14:30
I pray that your hearts will be flooded with light so
that you can understand the confident hope he has given to those he
called—his holy people who are his rich and glorious inheritance. Eph 1:18
When one does not examine the thoughts and intents of the hEARt, that
one is NOT listening to the Word of Life which is the power to raise the
hEARt up to be a servant of the Most High!
The disciple in the journey has stopped the works of the Word of Life
within and has begun to look out. In doing so the Word of Life says "...for I have not found thy works perfect before God"
Time to grasp by the power of the Kingdom within all the spiritual
qualities one has gained in the journey and be again found IN Christ!
