Body of sin

Questions are never spoken to me to condemn me nor judge me. Questions are spoken to me that my hEARt would search for the answer. Being my hEARt is not physical the answer always comes by the Holy Spirit. It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter. Prov 25:2 When I was awaken from the dead by the Lord I was taught by the churches that by Jesus' shed blood I am redeemed, ransomed and set free from my sins. Many that know doctrine will call it a sin substitute or Jesus was made sin for us. I taught that to many as I was in the midst of the churches and I believed it was truly the Word of life. So in a nut shell I would say "You are saved by the blood of Jesus or You're sins are washed by the blood of Jesus." Just ask yourself this question. Jesus died on the cross ... since Jesus died on the cross how would mortal blood be able to wash away sins. That is what crosses my mind and I know Jesus was a mortal man for His bod

Prophecy

We also have the word of the prophets as confirmed beyond doubt. And you will do well to pay attention to it, as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts. Above all, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture comes from one’s own interpretation. For no such prophecy was ever brought forth by the will of man, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit. 2 Peter 1:19-21 Prophecy ... The voice of God has now become a gift in the churches and humanity no longer hear from Him, for many desire the 'better' gifts. Prophecy was NEVER a gift, it has always been God's way of speaking to us THROUGH one that has yielded up themselves unto Him! Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying: “Whom shall I send? Who will go for Us?” And I said: “Here am I. Send me!”  Isaiah 6:8 You will not reach anyone with the Word of life if you speak as a church Christian. See church Christians put labels upon others a

Church

“At that DAY (Pentecost) you shall know that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you.” It is no longer I that live but Christ that lives in me, and he is LORD. QUOTE = The word in the Greek language that is translated Church is “Ekklesia” which in Strong’s Concordance means, a gathering of citizens called out from their homes into some public place, an assembly of the people forming a council for the purpose of deliberating. If we go back to the history of the days of the Roman empire, who knew and used the Ecclesia to control the many countries that they had conquered, we get a very clear view of how it functioned. The Roman authorities called out a people from the population to form such an Ecclesia. This company had nothing to do with religion but was appointed to form a council to establish the Roman constitution over the people on that country. Rome would send a delegation to this group instructing them on the Roman rules of Government that would control that country

As He IS

" As He is " .... I heard that in my hEARt. As He is ... So I looked it up and found these verses ... But if we walk in the light, " as he is " in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. 1 John 1:7 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him " as he is ". 1 John 3:2 And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even " as he is " pure. 1 John 3:3 Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even " as he is " righteous. 1 John 3:7 Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because " as he is ", so are we in this world. 1 John 4:17 AS He is ..... NOT As He was .... but "As He is". So many see Him for who He was and they worship that which

Cross 3

THE CROSS - Des Walter I want to share with you today on the subject of the "Cross," because I think it is probably the most misunderstood aspect of the Christian faith. So I want to by-pass the traditional concepts that are the product of the natural mind and present to you the TRUTH as seen from God’s point of view. We will begin in Hebrews, chapter 2, because we need to lay a clear foundation and discover how God thinks about things because the Prophet Isaiah said, "As far as the heavens are above the earth, so far are my thoughts above your thoughts." Have you ever thought about that? Here we have been living with our thoughts for so long, or thoughts we have received from others, that have formed the basis of our understanding about God. But you see, His thoughts are way above our thoughts. So today let’s put away our thoughts about the cross, and let God start to insert some of His thinking and then we may come up with an answer quite different to that which w
