Pure Golden Lampstand
31 “You shall also make a lampstand of pure gold; the lampstand shall be of hammered work. Its shaft, its branches, its bowls, its ornamental knobs, and flowers shall be of one piece. 32 And six branches shall come out of its sides: three branches of the lampstand out of one side, and three branches of the lampstand out of the other side. 33 Three bowls shall be made like almond blossoms on one branch, with an ornamental knob and a flower, and three bowls made like almond blossoms on the other branch, with an ornamental knob and a flower—and so for the six branches that come out of the lampstand. 34 On the lampstand itself four bowls shall be made like almond blossoms, each with its ornamental knob and flower. 35 And there shall be a knob under the first two branches of the same, a knob under the second two branches of the same, and a knob under the third two branches of the same, according to the six branches that extend from the lampstand. 36 Their knobs and their branches shall be of one piece; all of it shall be one hammered piece of pure gold. 37 You shall make seven lamps for it, and they shall arrange its lamps so that they give light in front of it. 38 And its wick-trimmers and their trays shall be of pure gold. 39 It shall be made of a talent of pure gold, with all these utensils. Exodus 25:31-39

We indeed notice this lampstand is to be pure gold. Gold is associated with that which is Holy to God and His service. The colour Gold in scripture is translated from the Hebrew word 'zahab' meaning gold as a precious metal or of brilliance and splendour.
Now the lampstand was not made of wood then covered with gold. NO
It was a lampstand made of pure gold and one piece. Pure gold is gold already tried by fire. It most likely was gold brought from Egypt that was already tried and as so was pure.
See the word "pure" means separate from all matter; clear; free from mixture.
Gold taken from the earth needs to be put into fire to make it pure. It does not come out 100% pure but it does 99.9% pure. I feel Adam was as pure gold taken from the earth. Adam was 99.9% pure and as so shows he needed that .1% to be pure and that only came from the Lord!
This lampstand was pure gold in that it was 99.9% pure. It did not need to be tired by fire to be refined.
The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven. 1Co 15:47
See when the "Word" was manifested in the flesh it was manifested in 99.9% it was just as us.
To over come death the Son of God needed to be as a man. He indeed was the son of God NOT God the Son for if He was God the Son He be 100% but as the Son of God He was 99.9% pure and as so was tried in all ways as we are and yes He overcame!
A man lost it and it took a man to win it back. God lost nothing so God had to redeem us back by putting His Life in flesh and offer it as a payment for sin and death.
Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood. Act 20:28
Pure gold is indeed the Word ----->And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. John 1:14
The words of the LORD are pure words: .....Psa 12:6
See pure Gold symbolizes God's word which is 100%.
When one looked at pure gold one would see the reflection of 2 main colors, gold and yellow.
When one looks at the word of God one sees the reflection of one in another’s glory.
We need to be refined by the Word; However the Word is pure and needs not to be refined but it will refine us into His image.
But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord. 2Co 3:18
The lampstand was placed in the tabernacle to give light in the Holy Place.
The Priests needed the lamp stand to see for there was no other light source in the Holy Place. The lampstand shone upon the table of shewbread and union the altar of incense.
Just as we need the light of Him to understand His Word and how He has made us kings and priests unto Him.
There is much more that can be said about this pure gold lampstand that I can tell you but I know over time the Word will be reveal to hungry hearts the Christ within.
