Jesus Made a Sin Offering

Just chewing ...

Was Jesus made a sin offering or was He made the man of sin?

Brother ... replied "And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a SACRIFICE to God for a sweetsmelling savour."

For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.

You replied to Brother ...

Hello Brother ....

Let us look at Ephesians 5:1,2--->1Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children; And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.

Would not those 2 verses tell us to offer up ourselves, our will, our desires, our love for fleshy things and "Imitate" God? For Christ did the same when He offered up himself as a sacrifice to God.

Take Romans 12:1,2--->I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

When we offer up our body we are offering ourselves as a living sacrifice unto God so that we would allow Him to be seen not ourselves.

Now we know God is love and if love sent His Son to be a sin offering would not that God have a kill side to Him?

See God did not kill His only begotten Son--->Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know: Him, being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, YE HAVE TAKEN, and by wicked hands HAVE crucified and slain: ...."

The Prophet said "...He is despised and rejected of men; ..."

Brother if our God had to send His Son to be a sin offering would be to say God need some offering to appease Him, then I see no semblance of LOVE in that God at all.

In Hebrews 10:5--->Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me: ...

Now the He that saith 'Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not' is God. So God is saying He has no desire, no pleasure, He goes on to say--->In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure.

So I ask myself if Jesus the Christ was a sin offering how will God have any pleasure in it?

Now Jesus (Word) goes on to say "Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God."

To do thy will ahhhhhhhhh there I see the sacrifice .... For Jesus did not come to do His will but to the will of God.

Now God is going to establish His Word for He says again in Hebrews 10:8--->Above when he said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein; which are offered by the law; ...

Now I read that twice so I question what MYSTERY BABYLON has taught me concerning Jesus the Christ.

However not to be long winded but Jesus (word) did say " but a body hast thou prepared me."

A BODY hmmmmmmmmm

For since by MAN came death, by MAN came also the resurrection of the dead. 1 Cor 15:21

Now the Greek word for MAN in both cases is exactly the same, It is “anthropos” a human being. So by man came death and by man came the resurrection of the dead.

So Jesus was a man just as the first man and Go made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. So when the Word became flesh would not the Word be made sin? Now I am not saying Jesus sinned or was a sinner in any way what I am wondering is when the Word wrapped itself in a body it was a body as ours ... sin.

So Jesus was made to be the MAN OF SIN and that is ADAM or “anthropos” (man) who is the natural identity of every one. Is it not Adam that is the power behind sin and produces death in all of us? Would Jesus be made to be the last Adam taking with him all mankind into death as ANTHROPOS (man)?

Now when Jesus roamed about Israel many saw Him as a man and nothing more. It was a revelation given unto Peter that revealed who Jesus was "...Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God...."

According to Mosaic Law, the Hebrew phrase for “sin offering” literally means “fault offering.” The sin offering was made for sins committed in ignorance, or unintentional sins.

That is where I get stumped when I hear Jesus the Christ was a sin offering.

I see that by the death, burial and resurrection of the Word (Jesus) God could return all mankind to their original state, which is, SPIRIT.

Upon the cross the flesh was torn open so that life eternal may now be given unto ALL. Also the ones that see this now by the Holy Ghost are the ones called to be the first fruits--->Whereof the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us: for after that he had said before, This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them; And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more. Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin.

Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh; And having an high priest over the house of God; Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)

Christ the Son of the living God came and offered His flesh body so that we can be the sons of the living God. See veiled within this flesh is spirit and it takes the mind of Christ to see one is spirit and not flesh operating by the carnal mind which is death!

In MYSTERY, BABYLON I heard and taught that salvation was by baptism and I knew many that said salvation was by asking Jesus Christ to come into your heart, and you will be saved, born again and have eternal life, and you will be a Son of God, and go to heaven in the sky when you die. Some even said “Repent and be sorry for your sins believing Christ died instead of you on the cross.

Yet I had so much trouble with them all for I kept reading different, I kept seeing different. I started to ask questions and I found no answer and most of all I found NO LOVE. The more I spent in fellowship with the Father the more I saw that salvation was “If you want to LIVE then be prepared to DIE, for your only salvation is in a resurrection into a NEW LIFE."

"Church" Asking anyone what a church is and most will point you to some denomination, a building upon a corner that has a big steeple or cross on top of it. That is all church is to the world AND to the one's called Christians. The sons that mature in the Lord see that "Church" is the called out ones!

Church is the ones called out of the flesh into the Spirit! Plain and simple!

Church is not a happy place where many go once a week to be entertained but Church is where one sees they are housed in a body of death and the only way out of that body of death is by the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus the Christ!

Sons are they that know they are raised far above principalities and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named not only in this world but in the world to come. So many think or better yet so many say the last name of Jesus is Christ. But let me tell you Jesus is THE Christ!

Christ means “ANOINTING” and is the the Greek word is CHRISTOS. The Anointing is the manifestation of the invisible God, made available to us to allow us to make that invisible God known to mankind. The anointing is the “WORD” that was created in the beginning that was with God and was God, and has the power to assume the form of flesh, and so manifest the image and likeness of God on the earth.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. ... And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. John 1:1,14

Of course there was no need for the Word of life to be “born” for Word always existed in the Father and still exists today and will do so forever. However, the manifestation of God revealed in Christ the anointing, had to be made visible to all mankind and so a BODY was formed for him in Mary. We must see that Mary represents the female part of man, and since the days of Adam in the Garden of Eden, all of mankind have waited for the “Seed of the woman” to be born, that would bruise the head of the serpent.

"...Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a BODY hast thou prepared me..."

The body that Father prepared for Jesus, was born of a woman and was flesh and blood.

Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage. Hebrews 2:14,15

Let Deep call unto deep and see that which is natural becomes the vessel to express that which is spiritual, for in a mystery both are united in one body, GOD AND MAN.

As we saw early Christ is not the last name of Jesus, but shows us the union of God and man that allows God to communicate himself to all mankind, becoming one with them without diminishing himself in any way. But through that union in the people of God, his whole will and purpose will be accomplished in all the earth.

That is what a sacrifice is!

At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you. John 14:20

The Father always gives me a Word that is what I call "The icing on the cake!"

Now if Jesus was a sin offering as MYSTERY. BABYLON has said Jesus could not have said these verses ---> For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me. John 6:38

but so that the world may know that I love the Father, I do exactly as the Father commanded Me. Get up, let us go from here. John 14:31

Therefore Jesus answered and was saying to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, unless it is something He sees the Father doing; for whatever the Father does, these things the Son also does in like manner. John 5:19

even as the Father knows Me and I know the Father; and I lay down My life for the sheep. John 10:15

And He went a little beyond them, and fell on His face and prayed, saying, “My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; yet not as I will, but as You will.” Matt 26:39

QUOTE = Behavior and belief—Basically people do not know who they are or who God is. If one knows God and the truth of the Christ of God, their behavior will change automatically. Any improvement in ones behavior at home or elsewhere is minimal and temporary by trying to follow rules and regulations. And the truly sad thing is, there is no “life” in that way... “The letter kills, the spirit gives life.”

The religious mind wants to judge, fix, and control. The control comes through fear of the consequences of “sin” or immorality. In most religious organizations the focus is on correcting ones behavior, rather than correcting one’s beliefs (about themselves, the world, and God).

Our Father did NOT send Jesus to make “immoral men into moral men”, but to make “mortal men into immortal”. Is this a concept that many have missed? Jesus was sent for the sake of the Kingdom!

My friend, Ruth says, “God is not looking for sins... He’s looking for sons!” ---END OF QUOTE---

QUOTE =There are those who are waiting for Jesus to return to destroy our enemies and bring about a new heaven and a new earth.

The “enemies” His presence destroys are in our minds and hearts. They prevent the release of the spirit in us to do it’s mighty work (the same spirit that raised Christ from the dead is in you, right?).

The fear, resentment, bitterness, self-pity, pride, and guilt are the enemies that He can and does conquer when we allow.

We can experience resurrection life, raised from the dead! ---END OF QUOTE---

Death is the consequence of sin.

That is what I heard from the Holy Spirit.

I was born in a body of sin for we are taught "For as in Adam all die..." and "Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned ...."

I was born in this world in a body of sin and the only way to not see the death of the body of sin is to be IN Christ.

Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?

Jesus the Christ took upon Himself the body of sin BUT He did not obey it when it called to Him. Instead He offered Himself up as a living sacrifice to be a vessel of His Father's will. Though He was in a body of sin He did not obey it or even mind it.

Jesus the Christ was not a sin offering ... The anointed Word of life wrapped Himself in a body of flesh did not mind it took it to the cross and killed it so that out of it we may be partakers of Life Eternal!

Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; Hebrews 2:14

The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. 1Cor 15:56

Or The sting of death is the body of Adam we are born in; and the strength of sin is the law of sin and death. 1Cor 15:56

For the wages of the body is death ... being born in this body I fell short of the glory of God. For the glory of God is Spirit and soon by hope He shall give unto me a glorified body.

And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.

QUOTE = My view is, that Christ's sacrifice is the key to all self-sacrifice; that as by the sacrifice of Himself, coming into our place, He met and overcame the great schism or separation from God in which we all were; not sanctioning the schism or separation by coming into it, but stooping to it, and to its burdens and darkness, to lift us in Himself out of it; so we are to meet and conquer all schism, in Him and with Him, by self-sacrifice; and that as in His sacrifice, which was most sweet to God, not some little thing, but the Truth Himself, was the sacrifice, so the sacrifice we are called to is not of non-essentials, but of ourselves; that even yet the just must die and suffer for the unjust, the pure for the impure, Christ's members, who by grace live in His life, for those who are yet without that life, or in whom it is yet weak, who are therefore living in self-hood and ignorance; in a word, that the higher must stoop to the lower, the stronger to the weaker brethren, and must bear their weakness and blindness with and for them; that this is their calling, which, though judged by men, is sweet to God, and which has its own reward, which is Christ's own; namely, not only of getting to heaven at last with a few good ones, but of bringing many poor, lost, and weak ones, by their humiliation, to glory with them. ---END OF QUOTE---

A schism is a division between people, usually belonging to an organization, movement, or religious denomination. The word is most frequently applied to a split in what had previously been a single religious body.

What is self-sacrifice? What are we really called to as Christ's members?

QUOTE = I answer, simply to Christ's life—that is all. Our calling is, not only to bear witness of, but even to shew, that eternal life which was with the Father, and was manifested to us. The Christian is one in whom Christ lives; who therefore can say, "It is not I that live, but Christ liveth in me;" one therefore who, according to our Lord's own words, must do Christ's works, not by the force of any outward commandment, but because the same eternal life is in him, and because this life, which is "Christ in us the hope of glory," must, simply because Jesus Christ is the same, yesterday, to-day, and for ever, still and always work His proper works in us. Therefore "he that saith he abideth in Him ought himself also so to walk, even as He walked." ---END OF QUOTE---

"...as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you." It is not with a law we are sent but by a sacrifice! It is by sacrifice ourselves for them that walk not in the truth or them that are but babies in the truth. Time and time again I read how the Apostle Paul said he by the Holy Spirit had to rebirth many, or that by the Holy Spirit he was a father (mature teacher) to many.

Now as Jesus the Christ said "...as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you" HE is saying to us to be a sacrifice unto the Father by not obeying or minding the things of the flesh and to be a servant unto ALL!

"To me to live is Christ" AND TO DIE IS GAIN!

Ahhhhhhhh to die is gain or to say "to be a sacrifice unto Him is gain!

Sonship steps indeed!

The Apostle Paul became a Jew to win the Jews. Lets use some logical here. Paul was a Jew, born a jew, raised a Jew and was soon to be a high priest. So tell me how does Paul become something he is?

Self sacrifice!

The Apostle took upon him servant hood and went to the Jews to win the Jews to Christ for he brought TRUTH and the truth made many free!

Self sacrifice is to bring truth just as truth sacrificed Himself to reveal the truth!

But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: ....

The Word of life said "...Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit." It is by dying to its own shell that the Word of life can flow through to make others free from the shell of death that holds them.

Pharisaism hmmmmmmmmm Pharisaism .... How many that profess to be a follower of Christ is nothing more then one who is but a Pharisaism. Now the meaning of Pharisaism is = separatist. So how does one live and act like a Pharisaism rather then a disciple of Christ?

See a Pharisaism or today's pharisee, is one who lives more closely according to the truth of his church. I take it a step further and will say a pharisee is one that uses the means of the flesh for gain.

The Apostle Paul saw it by the Holy Spirit and said "...Let him that stole steal no more:..."

Many and I will say MANY still steal from others and all the while amen a word or give a thumbs up to a word!

I recall such a one that told me it was not wrong to take money from another to use for his own ministry gain. I told that one to do that is STEALING. No matter what his Pharisaism mind said he was stealing money for his own personal gain. How many around still steal by lying or acting like Christians but walking as gain slayers. Using any means to gain something. They like to use swelling words to others to show they are growing as mature sons and yet to many others they live out of the flesh to fit in for the purpose of looking like a separatist!

See the Apostle Paul really thought he was serving God. It took the light to knock him off the horse of self, just as many today need the light of the Word of life to knock them off the horse they highly ride upon.

I even walked as one that thought I was right. I professed I was a son of God and yet .... I only rode upon the horse of self. See I did the act nicely. To them that professed Christ I acted like one of them and they who lived in darkness I rode next to them as one in darkness. The prodigal son did the same but when he was feeding pigs he came to the understanding, that all the time he was a prodigal he was only feeding the pig, his own lust full fleshy desires!

When he came back home the other son was well, jealous and mad as a good Pharisee!

Yes! As the many today who ride the horse of the good ground, the high ground, the my way is the right way and I need not to come down for I need not to stoop that low.

I can recall sharing with a group that claimed to be grace teachers. The Holy Spirit opened my eyes to this verse "....God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble." I was shocked. I heard grace was for all yet God battled against the proud and GAVE grace unto the humble!

How many times upon the horse of self I was only thinking I was but a son of God, not knowing all the while I was but a proud one. Look what the Apostles goes on to say "....Submit yourselves therefore to God." WHAT ... Wait up I thought I was already submitted to God. Well I tell you the consuming fire showed different and by that fire I see --->Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.

Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness. Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.

A while back the Holy Spirit opened my hEARt to this wonderful revelation "...What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common. ..."

WOW God cleansed a Gentile before Peter got the vision!

Now in many to most churches if you don't obey their doctrine, their rules, their laws you are a dirty sinner. hmmmmmm They so miss that God has cleansed ALL, it just ALL does not know that so God will send one to tell the ALL that they are clean in God's eyes!

Now I know Jesus the Christ was "holy, harmless, undefiled, and separate from sinners," and as He is, so must His members be. But let us reason with these thoughts, what was Jesus the Christ separateness? Was it outward or inward? in the flesh or in the Spirit?

Even the separatist (Pharisees) of His time in the flesh condemned Him for eating with the sinners. Some even flipped out with a prostitute washed His feet. How about our high horses? Ohhhhhhhhh come on now let us not ride on a head but let us reason within our hEARts and ask our selves, "How was Jesus the Christ a separatist?"

Well in my time with Him, the Spirit, I see He was a separatist not on outward position, but on inward STATE.

To reach this STATE is to be separated from the carnal mind of the world, by being a living sacrifice unto Him!

I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. Romans 12:1,2

Now the word 'conformed' means = to conform one's self (i.e. one's mind and character) to another's pattern, (fashion one's self according to). Would not a church be run by a so called pastor who works at teach his flock to be conformed to his beliefs?

You see that and I tell you you will see the 'woman who sits upon the throne.'

The Word of life has made us free from being conformed to the world by revealing unto us His light! In His humiliation and self-sacrifice brings us off our horse and upon holy ground where we have removed our shoes.

A false Christian is not one in WORD but one who escapes the true cross of Christ! They do not come IN by the way of self-sacrifice and as so are not IN Christ! YET! It is the ones' that are in Christ that will bear the burden of those who are not for that is the cross of Christ!

Father grant unto me the Christ who lives and dies for others that I would be a pleasing sacrifice unto you.
