Law of Christ

Not that I know it all or even walk in it all, but as a maturing son of God, Father is teaching me what the law of Christ is.

Carry one another’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.  Galatians 6:2

First off we must see that both parties are willing to 'carry one another's burdens.'

Why? We all are in the body of Christ and as so we are no longer full of pride, or self-exaltation, or self-reliance, for we are all ONE in Him! That is the Christ identity!

But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law. Gal 5:18

YES! They who are one with the Spirit are no longer under the law of SIN and death. Time to see that sin is but the carnal nature that only thinks of itself, for itself and to please itself.

Christ Jesus redeemed us from that law of SIN and death, by laying down His immortality and allowing mortality to have its way.

The Mosaic law, or the knowledge of the actions of SIN was a burden that the Scribes and Pharisees placed upon the people by what they seen!

“The scribes and Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat. So practice and observe everything they tell you. But do not do what they do, for they do not practice what they preach. They tie up heavy, burdensome loads and lay them on men’s shoulders, but they themselves are not willing to lift a finger to move them.

All their deeds are done for men to see....." Matt 23:2-5

The law teachers only placed heavy burdens upon the people with their lists of dos and don'ts. Today in the religious world it is the same, but instead of law they like to say doctrine, tradition or even creed! For I recall when I was in the religious world the heavy burdens placed upon me. I walked with my head down in self pity seeing myself as a sinner saved by grace.

Bless Father for the law of life, in that it shows me I am IN Him who is Spirit for I am spirit and as so I am NOT a sinner, but a son of His! Them that walk after the Adam identity are they that confess they are sinners saved by grace and as so they walk according to the law of sin and death!

They walk with heavy burdens, but proclaim they have been set free. Their mind of condemnation keeps them in their burdens that they can not see the burden of others.

They walk NOT according to the 'law of Christ!'

And then will I profess unto them (Adam identity), I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. .... Matt 7:23

We MUST by His Spirit live to help the burden of the others in His body. For the law of life has changed our hearts from the pride and rebellion that use to be our master.

Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin (Adam identity) might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin (Adam identity). Romans 6:6

It is only when we know LOVE, that the Truth of Christ shall slay the dragon of our pride, changing our hearts, by his Spirit.

"Come to me, all who labor and are heavy-laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me; for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light" Matt 11:28–30.

Let the Light of the law of life change our hearts so that we be no longer an Adam identity but a Christ identity!

Ask yourself "...Does God lavish His Spirit on you and work miracles among you because you practice the law, or because you hear and believe?"

Or does the Father pour forth the fruit of His Spirit from our inner most being so that others will know we are no longer under law of SIN, but under the law of Christ (LIFE).

Now for them who love the Deep, take a look at what this burden is that one must carry!

Brothers, if someone is caught in a trespass, you who are spiritual should restore him with a spirit of gentleness (Meekness). ....

Now the word 'trespass' implies that one has crossed by that which is dead! Or 'fall' beside one that is dead!

The dead only works at destroying the fruit of joy.

Do you find when you hide to feed the desires of the flesh that you feel not close to Father? That I tell you is what it means to have joy killed!
You have made known to me the path of life; You will fill me with joy in Your presence, with eternal pleasures at Your right hand. Psalm 16:11

YES .... When one trespasses that one walks out from the path of life to once again walk the path of SIN and death. AND that one shows forth NO JOY but only CONDEMNATION, for that one no longer is in His presences but in the presences of death!

So in a nutshell .... A burden CRUSHES the joy of the Lord and brings forth the burden of SIN to be seen by the flesh!

The person who is sinning needs to want help, so that that burden would be removed so that the JOY of the Lord will be seen again.

For the LAW OF Christ within me makes it my burden to see the other MADE FREE.

Now what does this burden look like?

PRIDE!

Yes, pride is the sin that so easy takes us.

Paul in a nutshell is saying by the Holy Spirit "... Since you all struggle with pride, therefore make every effort to humble yourself when you point out someone else's sin."

They who abide in the law of Christ are they that walk according to his law of love. They will seek to bear each other's burdens and especially to correct and admonish each other about sins in each other's lives.

Now we know and see the law of Christ, let us press on and allow the Word of life to make us free from this PRIDE!

When made free we can be "spiritual!" For to be spiritual means to not be carnal minded! But to have one the mind of Christ!

What does one that is 'spiritual' know?

They know that nothing of themselves can work at changing another but the Truth, the Word of life!

Restoring such an one in the spirit of meekness!!!!!!!

COME ON, WE MUST LOOK AT OURSELVES and see if we are relying on the Spirit in meekness like a needy child, or whether we are puffed up with PRIDE (self-reliance).

If anyone thinks he is something when he is nothing, he deceives himself. Gal 6:3

NO LONGER SELF-ESTEEM BUT CHRIST-ESTEEM!

I have been crucified with Christ, and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me.  The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me. I do not set aside the grace of God. For if righteousness comes through the law, Christ died for nothing. Galatians 2:20,21

YES! Pride will display itself in two forms. One way is to be aggressive and the other way is to be timid! Both forms are destructive and will only bring out the works of the flesh rather then the fruit of the Spirit!

Each one should test his own work. Then he will have reason to boast in himself alone, and not in someone else. For each one should carry his own load. Galatians6:4,5

How we MUST STOP feeding our pride by comparing our self with those who sin.

Come on now, that is truly the Adam identity that control our thoughts and actions toward them we thought less than ourselves!

We can not measure our achievements by those of others; BUT ONLY by the law of Christ.

By that, we will not display the Adam identity - pride - but the Meekness of Christ!

But as for me, may I never boast (perfect), except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world. Galatians 6:14

The cross of Christ has put to death that sin, that sin of pride and transform it into joyful exaltation in what God is merciful to do through me.
