Second Death Hath no Power
It does not read “….He (Father) given to the SON TO HAVE LIFE"
Ohhhhhh to many false teachers it does, but to them that know the doctrine of Christ see it as it is “ For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life IN himself;…”
The same “self-existent Life” that God is was given IN the Son.
“And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, …” 1 Timothy 3:16
A Life not derived from any source, not dependent upon any sustenance, BUT the power of an endless life. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: …. John 1:12
That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life; … John 1:1
Two groups of people in this earth.
One group waiting for the voice of the resurrected One calling them to the first resurrection
and them waiting for a tombstone to be placed at the head of their grave!
I pray and hope to be in the first group!
