Man of Sin

It was not that long ago that I was listening to the man of sin rather then the Christ. See any thing that happened around me I reacted according to the man of sin.

Father though knew maturity was my hEARt desire and in His love and mercy He taught me that Christ the Seed must come forth and that my flesh is but the outer shell that dies off.

I see it as 'Christ consciousness.' I grew up in the 'Adam consciousness' and was not aware of the Seed within. Truth teaches me the 'Adam consciousness' has NO authority over me for it has been put to death.

Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. Romans 6:6

Now by Truth I see in Romans 6:6 that the body would no longer be a body of sin under the control of the carnal mind, but would become the part of the body of Christ under the control of the Christ mind.

When Romans 6:6 is put in its context you will see that--->For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: ...

Our death IN CHRIST is the destruction of our man of sin consciousness!

Now the question that Truth wants us to know is "How are we PLANTED TOGETHER IN the likeness of His death?"

Now the Apostle Paul by the Spirit said--->One Lord, one faith, ONE BAPTISM, One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and IN you all. Eph 4:5,6

Father has only one baptism that plants one into the likeness of Jesus the Christ's death, just as there is ONLY ONE resurrection!

The resurrection that is of Truth is the PUTTING ON CHRIST!

For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. Gal 3:27,28

See resurrection is NOT AN EVENT, but the PUTTING ON THE CHRIST!

For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. 1Co 12:13

We are ALL Baptized into ONE BODY and that body is CHRIST.

Let Truth be known  that the only BODY that walked out of the tomb in resurrection was CHRIST and not JESUS.

Now  the "old man’ or the Adam consciousness was taken into death the body, was released from its mortality and its connection with this world.

Baptism BY THE SPIRIT, causes us to PUT ON CHRIST as we would put on our clothes.

That is what it means to live the resurrection life.

Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should WALK IN NEWNESS OF LIFE. Romans 6:4
