Being Made for a Purpose 1
The Lord GOD has given Me the tongue of discipleship, to sustain the
weary with a word. He awakens Me morning by morning; He awakens My ear
to listen as a disciple. Isa 50:4
But we all, with open face
beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same
image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord. Now that
is how Father has been changing me for some time now. He shows me some
of His glory and in love I press in to behold more of His glory.
Father's
called have a Word to comfort the weary heart ... “with the same
comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God” 2 Cor 1:4
In
this closing of age many are looking at the scenes being played out
with a weary heart indeed. Father's called will come forth with the Word
of life to comfort these end of age ones.
Let me ask you "How does One walk into the wilderness and 5000 men alone follow Him?"
“No one ever SPOKE the way this man does,” the guards replied. John 7:46
It was not the way Jesus the Christ spoke, but it was the Truth that He spoke and the Truth will make you free!
The troubles that the many face find NO HOPE
for they only go to Adam for help. They run to and fro looking for a
leader, a man that will comfort their souls and all the while there is
one that is raising up sons that shall be His voice of comfort to this
world.
For you that are called take hEARt for "...we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God."
WHY .... Why must we go through MUCH tribulation.
Father tells us that going through much tribulation we will have a comforting hEARt, a hEARt of UNDERSTANDING!
Come
on now look at Christ Jesus--->Even though Jesus was God’s Son, he
learned obedience from the things he suffered. Heb 5:8
Let’s be encouraged, then, in the midst of our troubles, for there is purpose in what we are going through.
“...And hath made us kings and priests unto God and His Father, to Him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen” Rev 1:5,6
Learning to be a priest of the Father', is learning that ministry IS unto Him.
So many have it backwards in that they think they should minister unto the people first.
That is NOT what the tabernacle of Moses teaches us. For the priests in the tabernacle of Moses ministered UNTO Father, just as His called out minister unto Him IN spirit and IN Truth!
But the hour cometh, and NOW IS, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father IN spirit and IN truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God IS a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. John 4:23,24
NOTICE 'spirit' is lower case ....
Let
us back up and let us notice ... AMEN! Ohhhhhhhhh wait you mean we are
not called to go to heaven and move into a nice house and play harps for
ever?
NO ... NO .... NO
Father called us to make us kings and priests unto Him!
Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh Father your Word of life has gone forth for Your will ... AMEN!
Time
to see that it IS the Father's will for us to be made unto Him, kings
and priests, before He says “Amen,” reminding us in the same breath that
the purpose of it all is the glory and dominion of Him forever.
AGAIN, it is not until He has made us these kings and priests is His work in our lives finished.
AMEN!
A
purpose is stirring in my hEARt. Day in and day out I look at this
world and wonder "Why OH Lord WHY? It is like the car tire .... going
around and around, doing the same thing.
However! Father has a
purpose for me and that is He is making me to be His king and priest,
and in this making I find myself worshiping Him IN spirit and IN truth.
For within me is the making of a son that shall take out unto this world
the needed bread and wine!
For I know my Father has bought me
with a price, and has brought me into His purpose and will, not just for
my own sake, but for His in that I may become partners in His own
priestly ministry toward others, ministering the love and salvation of
Him to others.
"... Who WILL have ALL men to be SAVED, and to come unto the KNOWLEDGE of the truth. 1 Tim 2:4
In
His love He is reminding me that the painful times I am going through
... has purpose in everything, and is working all things together for
good in me according to His purpose.
The tribulation that rages around His called keeps their eyes upon Him. For through tribulation, deep within there is peace. A peace so pure, that nothing in this world can give it!
And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they?
And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of GREAT TRIBULATION, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
Therefore are they before the throne of God, and SERVE him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them. Revelation 7:13-15
Time for the called to see how the tribulation they go through will bring them to a state of being in Him, and that will be in serving Him and NOT looking for sympathy!
Why do I say that? The word "SERVE" is the Greek word always used in the New Testament for priestly service.
These called out ones IN whom the throne of God IS manifested, are priests who serve God IN His temple (we are the temple of God). They stand before the Throne of grace as priests on behalf of others, seeking mercy, and grace to help in time of need.
Whose need? Well, their own, actually... because for these ones, the troubles of others are their own.
"...SERVE him day and night in his temple ..." WHAT! You mean its more then a Wednesday night and Sunday service that we attend in service to God.
Yes! It is more then just a services ... It is their lives. Day and night they serve Him who has made His temple the body they have offered unto Him as a living sacrifice!
For through the 'GREAT TRIBULATION' they encounter while in the flesh, has brought their hEARts to servitude unto Him and others.
Even the Apostle Paul came to that revelation when he said--->I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. Gal 2:20
A hEARt of a servant of the LORD's ... One that has offered themself to be that servant ... Not one FORCED into it!
That is love responding back to LOVE!
My hEARt wants to back up here to Revelation 7:15 and read it again replacing the KJV words with the Greek meanings.
For this reason, they are before the throne of God and serve Him day and night in His temple; and the One seated on the throne will *spread His tabernacle over them*.
GLORY .... Father spreads Himself over them like a hen gathers her chicks under her wings.
The called are seeing how through the GREAT TRIBULATION, they are before the throne of Him, and they are living under the rule of the throne of Him.
“A great multitude ... stood before the throne ...”
“Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne...”
“And all the angels... fell before the throne...”
“Therefore are they before the throne of God...”
“He that sitteth upon the throne shall ‘tabernacle’ over them...”
And then the BLESSING TO FOLLOW--->“For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed (shepherd) them, and shall LEAD them unto *living fountains of waters*, and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.”
GLORY .... GLORY ... GLORY.
There at the ridge of one's GREAT TRIBULATION is a promise to know that NOW, TODAY, in the midst of troubles, He that sitteth upon the Throne of Heaven leads and guides and shepherds by the Holy Spirit in one's heart.
I put this on pause to set up supper and as I was setting up supper a song came to my heart.
He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High
He shall abide under the shadow of His wings
And I will say of the Lord
'He is my refuge and strength
My God, in Him will I trust'
