Pathway to the Future
“Saul, Saul why do you persecute me.” And he said, “Who are you LORD?” And the Lord said, “I am Jesus whom you have been persecuting; it is hard for you to kick against the pricks.” And he, trembling and astonished said, “LORD, what would you have me to do.” And the Lord said,” Arise and go into the city, and it shall be told you what you must do. Saul arose from the earth and when his eyes were opened he saw no man, but they led him by the hand and brought him into Damascus.” It was Ananias a servant of the Lord, who was told to go to him and restore his sight, for he is a choice vessel to me to bear my name before the Gentiles and Kings, and the children of Israel, and I will show him the great things he must suffer for my name’s sake.”
It was so important to God to have someone to introduce this new Covenant, who was taught by the SPIRIT and not by men. The disciples were still centred in the Old Covenant, and the LAW OF GOD, so they could not bring the message of the New Covenant as revealed in Hebrews 8:10-13.
This is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws in their mind, and write them upon their heart, and I will be to them for a God, and they shall be to Me, for a people. They shall not teach every man his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, “Know the Lord, for all shall know Me from the least unto the greatest, because I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities, I will remember no more.” In that he says, “A NEW COVENANT” he has made the first covenant old, and what has become obsolete and is old, is no longer valid.
It is important to note the difference in the way in which God established the New Covenant in the people. There is no law written on tables of stone, but now the New Covenant was installed in their MIND AND IN THEIR HEART. These are the two places in which the NEW COVENANT is installed in man, one is the Carnal or natural mind of man, and the other is in the “HEART,” which refers to the MIND OF THE SPIRIT. The difference between these two minds, results in two different responses to the same covenant. You may ask why God decided to put the New Covenant in both of these minds. The reason is that if God only put it in the spirit mind, very few would have responded to it, as only a minority of people have made the “Mind of the Spirit” functional in their life. The majority of people are not led by the Spirit, so God put his covenant in the natural mind which is under our own control, The natural tendency of the carnal mind is first to please ourselves, therefore Paul declares in Phil 2:5,
“Let THIS MIND be in you that was also in Christ Jesus, who being in the form of God thought it not a thing to be grasped at, to BE EQUAL WITH GOD, but made himself of no reputation, but took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men. Being found in fashion as a man he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the CROSS. Wherefore God has highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name, that at the NAME OF JESUS EVERY KNEE SHOULD BOW, AND EVERY TONGUE SHOULD CONFESS THE JESUS CHRIST IS LORD, TO THE GLORY OF GOD THE FATHER.”
Almost every person on this earth, involved in the work of God has a title, as a Pastor or a Priest, a Reverend or a Title from a Bible School or College. These are guarded carefully and presented so that people know their qualification, and are expected to honor them accordingly. Have you noticed that JESUS the CHRIST never had a title, but was always known simply as ‘JESUS’ in his ministry on this earth. Jesus humbled himself and became obedient to his Father’s will even to DEATH. He did not come to this earth as a PASTOR or as a REVEREND, and neither did he wear white clothes. He was no different to any other man on the earth. That is why they were amazed that he could heal the sick and raise the dead. Most people who claim to be servants of the Lord expect to be honored, with a title. The result is that most Christian Ministries today develop a superiority complex, doing the very opposite to what Jesus Christ did, who He made himself of ‘NO REPUTATION.’ Many preachers dress in robes and wear funny hats to make them look different to ordinary men. Such an attitude turns people away from Christ rather than draw them, particularly when their life does not correspond to the LIFE OF CHRIST. Every person Jesus met who was sick, be healed, and never asked them if they were a Christian. The eyes of the blind he opened, that is why thousands of people followed him where ever he went. We need to function in the same way today, as he told us we could do the same.
There is a day not far from now, when that is exactly what we are going to do. In Creation we were created IN CHRIST JESUS therefore that is our true identity today. The body you have does not belong to YOU, but in 1 Cor 6:19 Paul tells us our body is the DWELLING PLACE OF THE CHRIST, and does not belong to us. Think about this, if you are forty years old, then you have carried the CHRIST with you in ‘your’ body for 40 years. And for most of that time you could have destroyed any sickness you may have had, and the sickness of any person you may have met. This is the TRUTH and in the near future you will see some of God’s people allowing the CHRIST to activate the body that belongs to him, and the CHRIST will walk the streets of our towns again, with the same response as it was 2000 years ago. This is what will CHANGE THE WORLD, as it will be ordinary people with no formal titles healing the sick, and just walking on to the next person in need. It will not be just one person in one town, or country, but in all of the countries around the world. Guns and war will never change this world, but allowing the NEW COVENANT TO FUNCTION THROUGH THE SPIRIT MIND IN GOD’S PEOPLE, WILL CHANGE THE WHOLE WORLD.
After 14 years Saul finally went to Jerusalem with a desire to fellowship with the disciples there, taking with him Barnabas, and Titus. The disciples there having come from Israel, mixed the law with the Gospel of the New Covenant, arguing with Paul, but in the end they decided that rather that fighting over doctrines, they said, let us believe that God has called us to take the Gospel to the circumcision or Jews, but you have been called to minister to the Gentiles. However, the truth is that no man can be justified by the works of the LAW, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, regardless of whether they be Jew or Gentile. So those which are of FAITH, are blessed along with faithful Abraham. In contrast to Paul, we find the disciples remained in Jerusalem and started a CHURCH. This was unknown in the Old Testament under the old covenant, so the disciples were never taught by God, concerning the CHURCH. The Church which began there only lasted about 20 years and then it disappeared. The message they preached remained rooted in the Old Covenant and the keeping of the Law. At one point the elders of that Church went up to meet Paul at Galicia and challenged the Christians in Galatia, concerning the keeping of the Law. Paul told the people who were being persuaded to return to the OLD COVENANT, and the ‘Keeping of the Law,’ “I marvel that you are so soon removed from CHRIST that called you into the GRACE OF CHRIST, unto ANOTHER GOSPEL.
“FOR IT IS BY GRACE YOU ARE SAVED THROUGH FAITH, AND THAT NOT OF YOURSELVES, IT IS THE GIFT OF GOD.”
It is the MESSAGE OF THE NEW COVENANT that was to produce a people who would establish the KINGDOM OF GOD ON THIS EARTH. One of the main issues concerning the Kingdom of God on the earth is the question of authority. The nation of Israel functioned under a PRIESTHOOD, who had the responsibility of regulating the spiritual life of the people under GOD. However its limitation was in the fact that the priesthood, including the HIGH PRIEST, were men. The nation finally broke up when the ‘High Priest’ retired, owing to his age, and usually it was the son of the retiring High Priest that took his place. But in this case his children were very wicked and Israel refused to give them the position. The result caused the Nation of Israel to be scattered all over the world, some of whom have returned to what is now called the Nation of Israel. There has been more bloodshed over that little country, than any other Nation on the earth, and the strife continues to this day. The land upon which the Temple is built, is considered especially HOLY by the JEWISH people, but today the Moslem movement around the world, declares the ground on which the Temple stands to belong to them. They claim that Mohammed’s footprint is right below where The Holy Temple is today. In a sense it is almost the centre of much of the conflict among the nations today. This is what Moses told the people.
WHEN YOU ARE COME UNTO THE LAND WHICH THE LORD THY GOD GIVES YOU, (THE EARTH) AND YOU POSSESS IT, AND DWELL THEREIN, AND SHALL SAY, I WILL SET A KING OVER ME, LIKE ALL THE NATIONS THAT ARE ABOUT ME; YOU SHALL ONLY SET THE KING OVER THEE, WHOM THE LORD THY GOD SHALL CHOOSE: ONE FROM AMONG THY BROTHERS, SHALL YOU SET KING OVER YOU: YOU MAY NOT SET A STRANGER OVER YOU, WHICH IS NOT YOUR BROTHER,HAVINGTHESAMEFATHER. DEUTERONOMY17:14-15
The LAND that GOD referred to, is the whole earth, and not just the Nation of Israel. This gift of the earth was given to Abraham and to his “SEED” also, and confirmed to Jacob in Gen 28 while he slept,
AND HE DREAMED, AND BEHOLD A LADDER SETUP ON THE EARTH, AND THE TOP OF IT REACHED TO HEAVEN: AND BEHOLD THE ANGELS, (MESSENGERS) OF GOD, ASCENDING AND DESCENDING ON IT. AND BEHOLD, THE LORD STOOD ABOVE IT, AND SAID, I AM THE LORD GOD OF ABRAHAM THY FATHER, AND THE GOD OF ISAAC: THE LAND WHEREON THOU LIEST, TO THEE WILL I GIVE IT, AND TO THY SEED; AND THY SEED SHALL BE AS THE DUST OF THE EARTH, AND THOU SHALT SPREAD ABROAD TO THE WEST, AND TO THE EAST, AND TO THE NORTH AND TO THE SOUTH: AND IN THEE AND IN THY SEED SHALL ALL THE FAMILIES OF THE EARTH BE BLESSED, AND BEHOLD, I AM WITH THEE, AND WILL KEEP THEE IN ALL PLACES WHITHER THOU GOEST, AND WILL BRING THEE AGAIN INTO THIS LAND; FOR I WILL NOT LEAVE THEE, UNTIL I HAVE DONE THAT OF WHICH I HAVE SPOKEN TO THEE. GENESIS 28:12-15.
THE EARTH IS THE LORD'S, AND THE FULLNESS THEREOF; THE WORLD, AND THEY THAT DWELL THEREIN. Psalm 24:1
The earth referred to, is not the Nation of Israel but THE WHOLE EARTH, and is the same spoken to Abraham in Gen 28:14. This is a very important revelation concerning God’s will and purpose for the EARTH, which has been overlooked by God’s people today. However this prophecy was given to Jacob also, back in the Old Testament. This night Jacob had a dream in which he saw a LADDER, that provided a connection between the EARTH and reaching to HEAVEN. Notice also that even at that time there was a steady stream of messengers, first from the EARTH who had contact with HEAVEN, who were freely moving between these two. Then there were those messengers who were from HEAVEN, who were making contact with the EARTH. This makes it very clear that heaven and this earth are connected in the will and purpose of God, and not in isolation of each other. Could those who were moving between the earth and heaven, be those who were called of the Lord into service, to bring the good news of a full and free salvation to the world. Then those coming from heaven to the earth, were those having been prepared in heaven for service on the earth.
Most Preachers today consider the earth has been written off as far as GOD is concerned, and is to be consumed in the not too distant future. But this is a false view and contrary to the scriptures.
AND HE BUILT HIS SANCTUARY LIKE HIGH PALACES, LIKE THE EARTH WHICH HE HATH ESTABLISHED FOR EVER Psalm 78:69.
FOR THUS SAITH THE LORD THAT CREATED THE HEAVENS; GOD HIMSELF THAT FORMED THE EARTH AND MADE IT; HE HATH ESTABLISHED IT, HE CREATED IT NOT IN VAIN, HE FORMED IT TO BE INHABITED: I AM THE LORD; AND THERE IS NONE ELSE. I HAVE NOT SPOKEN IN SECRET, IN A DARK PLACE OF THE EARTH: I SAID NOT UNTO THE SEED OF JACOB, SEEK YE ME IN VAIN: I THE LORD SPEAK RIGHTEOUSNESS, I DECLARE THINGS THAT ARE RIGHT. ISAIAH 45:18-19
THE GOSPEL REVEALED TO PAUL
The LIGHT he saw that day, illuminated the TRUTH that was already in him. So we will follow his progress in the new mission that now consumed him. The divine activity within him caused him to walk a new path sharing his new life with others. He wrote a letter to the Galatians who were known as Judaizers, who insisted Gentile Christians must observe Jewish Laws as well as believing in Jesus Christ. But Paul being led by the Holy Spirit knew that this was a false concept, hindering the work of Christ. So he began his ministry in a very hostile situation, but the TRUTH began to establish itself among these people. The letter from Paul to the Churches there begins in Verse I.
PAUL, AN APOSTLE (NOT OF MEN NEITHER BY MAN) BUT BY JESUS CHRIST AND GOD THE FATHER, WHO RAISED ME FROM THE DEAD, AND ALL THE BRETHREN WHICH ARE WITH ME, UNTO THE CHURCHES OF GALATIA. GRACE BE TO YOU AND PEACE FROM GOD THE FATHER, AND FROM OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST, WHO GAVE HIMSELF FOR OUR SINS, THAT HE MIGHT DELIVER US FROM THIS PRESENT EVIL WORLD, ACCORDING TO THE WILL OF GOD AND OUR FATHER: TO WHOM BE GLORY FOREVER AND EVER. AMEN. GALATIANS 1:1-5
Paul introduced himself, by giving them his credentials which today, would determine who will accept you, or reject you as a true messenger from God. In earlier classical Greek there was a distinction between the Greek word: “aggelos” simply meaning a messenger, and the Greek word: “apostolos,” who was not a mere messenger, but a delegate or representative of the person who sent him. In this case, Paul is an Apostle directly selected and ordained by Jesus Christ himself. Very few preachers could qualify as an Apostle under those conditions today. Most itinerate Preachers are dependent upon their ministry for finance, so their message must be compatible with what the people want to hear, or they will not support such a ministry. Paul was able to trust the one who sent him, to supply all his needs, so he could be faithful to what God had revealed to him. In the first chapter of his letter to the Churches where he was ministering in verse 6, he challenged the saints there, by saying, “I marvel that you are so soon removed from him that called you into the Grace of CHRIST, unto another Gospel.” These people had been called into that unlimited GRACE OF GOD, by the Apostle Paul, whereby they become the spiritual expression of one governed by the power of divine grace. Now he asks the question, “Do I now persuade men, or GOD? Or do I seek to please MEN? For if I yet pleased men, I SHOULD NOT BE THE SERVANT OF CHRIST. But I certify you brethren, the Gospel which I preach did not originate from men, for I neither received it from man, but by the revelation of CHRIST. He continues his testimony by saying,
BUT WHEN IT PLEASED GOD , WHO SEPARATED ME FROM MY MOTHER’S WOMB, AND CALLED ME BY HIS GRACE, TO REVEAL HIS SON IN ME, THAT I MIGHT PREACH HIM AMONG THE HEATHEN, IMMEDIATELY
I CONFERRED NOT WITH FLESH AND BLOOD.
Neither went I up to Jerusalem, to those who were Apostles before me, but I went into Arabia to be alone with GOD, and returned again to Damascus. Then after three years I went up to Jerusalem to see Peter and abode with him for 15 days. The only other one that he saw was James the Lord’s Brother. When a person is serious about knowing GOD and desires to establish a real relationship with him, the best advice anyone could give you is, “DO NOT CONFER WITH FLESH AND BLOOD.” God is able to answer every question you may ask, and what he says, will be the Truth. HE created you in the beginning, and he has lived in your body, which is his dwelling place according to 1Cor 6:19. There is not a person on this earth that can answer all the questions about GOD except GOD himself. Untold numbers of people have been diverted from the truth because they asked someone to help them to know and understand GOD. How foolish it is to ask a mortal person to explain an immortal GOD, who has no beginning and no end. So many people have been touched by God, with a genuine desire to KNOW HIM and to dedicate their life to serving him. Then they ask a friend, what should they do now? The answer is that you must do this or that, to fit yourself so you can serve the Lord. In every case you become a servant to the men who teach you, and you link yourself to their theology, which is the message you will preach. There is one more issue that is very important in a Christian’s life, and that is the fact that God’s desire is to reveal HIS SON who is JESUS CHRIST, living in every one of us. Most Christians today reveal very little evidence that CHRIST actually dwells in them. Remember when Jesus Christ was on this earth what he did? Everywhere he went he healed the sick and made the lame to walk and the blind to see etc. Then he said, “The things that I do, you can do also,” but so few Christians have believed this to be true.
I am so thankful that Saul never conferred with FLESH AND BLOOD, but found himself in the SCHOOL OF THE SPIRIT, under the sole direction of the Holy Spirit of God. No man could have taught him the truth, which up to that time, had not been preached. This was a new day in many ways, so that there was a change even in the Recorded date at that time. Before this time the date became known as BC, which simply represented BEFORE CHRIST, but now with the coming of the CHRIST to the earth brought a change in the date which became the year 1 AD or ANA DOMINO.
The call of Saul of Tarsus was the move of God to lay a foundation for the Gospel, founded upon the Ministry and presence of Jesus Christ on the earth. Previous to the Birth of Jesus Christ, we have the Establishment of the nation of Israel, which was the First and only THEOCRATIC NATION on this earth, but it did not last very long. Its failure was the RESULT of the people of Israel refusing to come under the authority of the children of Eli, the High Priest, who had grown old and had become blind. The position of High Priest usually carried on from the father to the sons, but Eli’s children were very wicked, so the nation of Israel refused to allow them to assume God’s spiritual authority over the nation. This “Divine Authority System” had worked for many years but now those who should have taken their father’s place, were unacceptable to God, and the people. The people of Israel told God they WANTED A KING LIKE ALL THE OTHER NATIONS ON THE EARTH. The result was that God allowed Israel to function as a KINGDOM under a KING of their choice, so they would discover God’s way is always best. Israel was no longer a THEOCRATIC NATION under the supreme authority of God, as it was first established. It was a man called SAUL who the people chose to be their KING at that time, but he was a hopeless leader with no spiritual understanding, causing many problems, until he died in a battle against the enemies of Israel. God handed the throne over to a Godly man, who was a MAN AFTER GOD’S OWN HEART, and who set Israel free from all her enemies. His name was DAVID.
The question of the leadership and authority of God’s people was intended to be in the hands of God, and not the choice of the President of some Bible College, or any other man, as Israel discovered. King Saul, the people’s choice never won a battle for Israel, and was a hopeless leader, but David led the army after Saul died in one of the battles, and Israel became a strong nation under his authority. In 2SAMUEL 21, Israel was facing defeat, and becoming slaves to the Philistines who had a giant, who challenged Israel under King Saul. Each morning he called across the valley, seeking a man who would fight him. The conditions of the battle called on Israel to supply a man to fight the giant, and the winning nation would take the nation that lost the battle, to become slaves to the other. Israel had no one who would volunteer to fight the Giant, not even the King. But a young man who had several brothers in the ARMY, offered to fight the Giant. When he approached King Saul the King looked at this lad and told him that he never had a chance to defeat the GIANT as he was untrained in such battles. But the lad persisted telling the King, “Your servant kept his father's sheep, and there came a lion, and a bear, and took a lamb out of the flock: And I went out after him, and smote him, and delivered it out of his mouth: and when he arose against me, I caught him by his beard, and smote him, and slew him. Thy servant slew both the lion and the bear: and this uncircumcised Philistine shall be as one of them seeing he has defied the armies of the living God. 1 Samuel 17:34.
There was no other person who would dare to fight the Giant. So David went out armed with a sling-shot and five stones to fight THE GIANT, who was about to put God’s People into slavery. But David was a man of God and even taunted the giant, who became angry. He said to the Giant, “You come to me with sword and spear, but I come to you in the Name of the Lord of Hosts, the God of the armies of Israel you have defied.” All it took was one stone that hit the Giant on his head, knocking him to the ground. David had no sword so he used the giant’s sword and cut off the head of the giant. Israel won the battle and the Philistines never bothered Israel again. Thus David proved conclusively that SPIRITUAL POWER is greater than anything MAN can produce. There is nothing on this earth that is greater than GOD. So after King Saul died in a battle against Israel’s enemies, David took his place as King of Israel.
Under David’s spiritual authority Israel never lost a battle, for he was a man after God’s own heart. Israel had not worshipped God for 20 years, so when David was made King he restored the Tabernacle that had not been used. In Matt 1:1 we read that in the genealogy of Jesus Christ, he was the SON OF DAVID. This question of authority has been a problem all the way through the history of God’s people, and it was only when David was anointed as the KING over God’s people, that they prospered and the will of God was accomplished. In this study we have covered very briefly, the history of God’s people up to the New Testament and the Ministry of Jesus Christ on this earth. However we can learn from the History of Israel and the authority that governed them as it has application to us today. The one we choose to be the spiritual authority in our lives will determine the kind of life we will live. Under the divine authority of God, Israel did very well as those who rebelled God’s authority all paid the price. But after Israel refused God’s authority when Eli was blind, they wanted a KING to rule over them. Saul was the one they chose, and as a result the enemies of Israel attacked them on every side. When God’s people put their trust in a MAN, the sheep may well fear the lion and the bear.
If we do not preach the true Gospel, knowing that unless God is working in the hearts and lives of the people to whom we preach, nothing will change in them. There is a great variety in the presentation of the Gospel in the world today. In most cases a Preacher will minister according to the teaching of the Bible School or Theological College, where they happened to be trained. In the denominational Churches they are locked in their teachings without variation. Unlike the Apostle Paul, who was apprehended by CHRIST that changed his life in a moment. Causing him to ask the question, “Who are you LORD?” The answer came back, “I am Jesus the one you have been persecuting.” Then to hear this man say, “LORD (the one who owns us) what is it you want me to do? There would be millions of ‘Christians’ in this world that have never asked Christ that Question, but it may be they considered they knew the answer, but unless you have personally heard the voice of the LORD from within, you do not have any spiritual direction in your life. There are so many that are ready to tell us what to do, but as a Christian, Jesus Christ is our Lord and Master and His Voice is the only voice we are to follow. In John 10 Jesus said, “My sheep hear my voice and follow me, and a stranger they will not follow, because they do not know his voice.
The question of authority in our life is not considered by many of God’s people today. The only direction many Christian considers they need today is to decide which ‘Church should I join?’ As a general choice the children usually follow their parents accepting their decision. However in recent times less of our young people have any interest in the Church at all. With sport and entertainment they can fill their lives without thinking about God at all. The only Churches that have been growing in recent times are those that major in music, which is gaining in popularity now. The Modern music of today that so excites the youth, but will kill the atmosphere of worship in a moment, has its origin in this world and not in Heaven. I was asked to minister in a Church recently, that was using a teen age group of young people to supply the music and lead the worship. Unfortunately this is how many Churches now function. With the drums so loud and the music to suit, it cannot bring true worship into a meeting. For the music has no connection with God or heaven. It can only hold the people in an earthly atmosphere. However, for those who have a desire to know God personally, and to meet with those who have heard his voice and have received the Christ as their King, and seek to walk in his ways, the choices are different. In all of these decisions it is rare to find someone who would consider consulting the Christ who is the King over the whole earth. It would be more profitable to ask the Christ the same question Saul asked, “Lord, what will you have me to do.”
The ‘Church’ today in the world is first of all, a BUILDING, and not simply a place of fellowship and communion with Christ as the leader, when Christians come together not to listen to a preacher, but with everyone participating, praising and worshipping God.. This is for those who have a mutual love for God and a desire for fellowship and sharing, as it was instituted, by Jesus with the disciples in the upper room where they sat around a table. Today, millions of dollars are spent on very ornate buildings, to attract more people, with padded seats and air condition comfort. In Acts 2:46 -47 the scriptures say,
And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple and breaking bread from house to house did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart, Praising God and having favor with all the people, and the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved .
This is how the church began in the New Testament which is nothing like the Church of today. There are “Churches” today that will hold thousands of people, which cost enormous amounts of money to build. However,” CHURCH” has become a money making business since they introduced tithing. This was designed to supply the needs of the one tribe of Israel that was selected to function as the Priesthood, which was a full time task, so they had no time to tend their farms and make a living. God introduced a tithe from the other tribes, where 11 of the tribes contributed their tithe to support the one tribe that became the Priesthood for Israel. This was never intended to be used today by the “Church.” The Church has no legitimate right to receive a tithe from God’s people today, as the reason for it in Israel’s time does not now exist. Church was originally a group of God’s people who fellowshipped together with Christ in charge, and not a man. Every meeting in the Church is controlled by a man so there is no sharing among the people at all. Worship originates in the heart of the believer where everybody can share with each other together, which is not possible in the CHURCH system of today. God promised that where two or three were gathered together in my name, there I would be in their midst. To deprive God’s people of true fellowship destroys the meaning of the word. Where the Christ is not present in the midst of his people and in charge the meaning of the word Fellowship is lost. Each Church today has its own doctrines and those attending must agree with their teachings to be a member.
Before God began to create the heavens and the earth, he had a plan already established in his mind exactly how everything would work out and planned the earth accordingly. First of all God makes an amazing statement in Rev 1:8
I AM THE ALPHA AND THE OMEGA, THE BEGINNING AND THE ENDING SAYETH THE LORD, WHICH IS AND WHICH WAS, AND WHICH IS TO COME, THE ALMIGHTY.
God has not abandoned the earth and he knows exactly what is happening today in the life of every person, and every day in the future. He has determined that all of MANKIND would begin their life in the first man God created, ‘CHRIST JESUS’ Gen 1:26. The “I” in Rev 1:8 is Christ Jesus the Son of the Living God in whom all of mankind began. Now He says, “When man was created in the beginning, he was exactly the same as I am, “CHRIST JESUS, the SON OF GOD”. Today, from GOD’S POINT OF VIEW, man is still in THE LIKENESS and the IMAGE of God, but in most cases we have never discovered our true identity, as being in CHRIST JESUS. But what does God say about the end of the fulfillment of HIS PLAN for mankind. Religion teaches that some people will GO TO HEAVEN but the majority of people will go to a burning hell, as they never repented and accepted Christ according to religion, but not according to the Scriptures. NOW I am going to tell you what Christ Jesus says, about the future of mankind. HE SAYS IN THE BEGINNING MAN WAS IN THE LIKENESS AND THE IMAGE OF GOD. In Rev 1:8 we read, “I AM THE FIRST MAN AND I AM THE LAST MAN.” The truth is what GOD CREATED MAN TO BE CAN NEVER CHANGE. All that has changed is man has forgotten, “WHO HE IS.”
In the beginning, all of mankind had their origin in God, “CREATED IN CHRIST JESUS THE SON OF GOD,” who was the very first man that God created, and this is recorded in Gen 1:26. In case you have not read the account of the creation of mankind, I will reveal the facts to you. Remember this is the very beginning of the HUMAN RACE who lived on this earth. It is the Bible that provides the Truth which is clear and simple. We must start with GOD who is SPIRIT, having no beginning and no end for he is ETERNAL. Everything that exists today, the Earth and the Heavens and the unlimited number of stars, everything came out of God. There must be an amazing mind behind the existence of endless stars as far as man has been able to see. The sun that provides the warmth we need on this earth, and the LIGHT so we can see, and the moon by night together with the stars, all have their place and purpose on the earth. There must be an amazing mind that planned it all and controls everything today, and that is GOD.
Without God, this world could not function, and life would not exist. Just consider a new born baby, and try and explain how it could exist without a God. In the creation of man we see the wisdom of God who not only gave us a body but a LIFE also which cannot die. But before you want to tell me that everybody dies at some time, so how can you say the life God gave us is not subject to death? Let us look at the facts in Genesis 1:26. The creation of that first man only required God to speak the word and the MAN is there. Here is what the scriptures have to say,
AND GOD SAID, LET US MAKE MAN IN OUR IMAGE, AFTER OUR LIKENESS AND LET THEM HAVE DOMINION OVER THE FISH OF THE SEA, AND OVER THE FOWL OF THE AIR, AND OVER THE CATTLE, AND OVER ALL THE EARTH, AND OVER EVERY CREEPING THING THAT CREEPS UPON THE EARTH. SO GOD CREATED MAN IN HIS OWN IMAGE, IN THE IMAGE OF GOD CREATED HE HIM, MALE AND FEMALE CREATED HE THEM.
First of all God made man in his image, which means that he is SPIRIT also, just as GOD IS SPIRIT, and therefore all of mankind must also be spirit, living in a body. We are told Man was created IN CHRIST JESUS who is also spirit, in the image and likeness of God. It is that aspect of man that gives us dominion over the animals, the fish of the sea and the birds etc. However, we have all proved that we do not have dominion over all the animals etc today, as we were given in Creation. Did God fail to actually give the authority to us that he promised? The answer is NO. My answer is in two parts, we were all created Spirit in Christ Jesus the same as God, but so we could fulfill God’s will and purpose on this earth, we were also given a body. But today mankind has forgotten they are also SPIRIT, therefore the dominion given to us in creation has failed to function. I am sure you remember how Daniel was put in a den of lions as punishment for breaking the law that was designed to trap him, so he could be killed. However, the King was very upset over having to put Daniel in the den of lions, as he knew that it was his enemies that wanted to kill him. But early the next morning the King hurried down to the Lion’s den, and was amazed that Daniel did not even have a scratch on him, as the Lions could not touch him. Because Daniel loved God and knew that he was made in the image of God as SPIRIT, but also with a body. It was the ‘SPIRIT’ within him that gave him power over the lions.
But we have another one who demonstrated he also was created spirit with power over the animals. It was the young man who killed the giant who was about the take Israel prisoners under the rule of King Saul. He told the King that he saw a lion take a lamb from his father’s flock, and he caught that lion by the beard and killed him. And he did likewise to a Bear who also tried to take another lamb from the flock. He told the King, the GIANT would be just like the lion and the bear, so David destroyed him with a sling shot and one stone. But he knew it was because he was created SPIRIT, he had the power to destroy the Giant. David eventually replaced Saul as the KING OF ISRAEL, who died in a battle against the enemy.
All of mankind is also spirit, but the great majority of people who claim to be Christians, today have no understanding of the SPIRIT of their true being. Jesus Christ was the one who prepared our body in our mother’s womb, and he said “I am the WAY the TRUTH and the LIFE.” Perhaps even this has been lost to many Christians. Paul states clearly that this BODY does not belong to us, but to CHRIST who is Spirit, but we never allowed him to use it according to his will, considering it to be ours. There is a day coming soon when God’s people will awake out of the religious stupor they have fallen into, and return this body to Christ, then we will find we can heal the sick and open blind eyes. It will be our hands that touch the people, but the power behind them will be the Christ expressing himself through HIS BODY. The day of enlightenment is close by, and this will change the world in which we live.
Heaven can never change being created, but the EARTH was MADE and not created therefore, it was subject to change. The Apostle Paul declares in Eph 2:10 that we were all CREATED IN CHRIST JESUS, who is the SON OF GOD. This applies to every person on this earth and cannot change, for it was established in CREATION in Gen 1:26 God said,
LET US MAKE MAN IN OUR IMAGE, AFTER OUR LIKENESS, AND LET THEM HAVE DOMINION OVER THE FISH OF THE SEA, AND OVER THE FOWL OF THE AIR, AND OVER THE CATTLE, AND OVER ALL THE EARTH, AND OVER EVERY CREEPING THING THAT CREEPS ON THE EARTH. SO GOD CREATED MAN IN HIS OWN IMAGE.
This was the process God used to create that first man? All he did was to speak the man into existence. Declaring all the details, so the man would be in the Likeness and the Image of God, with dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the air, and over the cattle and over all the earth. As we read this we cannot help thinking that something has happened along the way to cancel out about 90% of the spiritual authority God gave us in the beginning. Who or what was it that stole from us the authority GOD gave us in creation. Remember what we said about CREATION. Anything God created can never be changed. Therefore the dominion God gave us over all these things must still be there waiting for us to appropriate and take unto ourselves. Now the first man God created was CHRIST JESUS who was told by his Father in Gen 1:28, BE FRUITFUL AND MULTIPLY AND FILL THE EARTH. THAT WAS THE FIRST M-A-N WHO WAS TOLD TO BE FRUITFUL AND MULTIPLY AND FILL THE EARTH. That Man was faithful and did what Father told him. We find this in Gen 2:7.
THE LORD GOD (CHRIST THE SON OF GOD), FORMED the MAN’S BODY FROM THE DUST OF THE GROUND. Because the LORD GOD was CHRIST, he knew this MAN would require a body to function on the earth. So the Body was finished and complete and notice what he did then. Did he give that body a BLOOD TRANSFUSION to get it moving? The answer is NO. All he did was to BREATH INTO THE NOSTRILS OF THE MAN THE SAME BREATH OF GOD HE HAD RECEIVED FROM GOD HIMSELF. And the man became a living soul. So God lowered man right at that point, because GOD IS SPIRIT and not a LIVING SOUL. This MAN was created in the LIKENESS AND THE IMAGE OF GOD, therefore he also is SPIRIT living in a BODY. Every day Adam walked with God in perfect unity and oneness. We are not told how long Adam walked with God but one day the Lord said, “It is not good for the man to be alone I will make him a help meet.” Adam must have noticed that all the animals and the birds etc all had MALE and FEMALE, but for Adam there was no female species. However God caused a deep sleep to come upon Adam, telling him he would remove a rib from which he would bring forth a woman. SO Adam awoke and saw this creature the Lord God had brought to him, and said,
This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh so I will call you woman
because you were taken out of MAN.
Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother and
cleave unto his wife, and they shall be ONE FLESH. And they were both naked and they were not
ashamed. A living being, which breathes, with LIFE IN THE BLOOD, the same as the animals.
For conception to take place on this earth today, it requires a SEED supplied by the MAN, and the woman supplies the “egg,” just to use simple terms. So the man cannot conceive without the woman, and neither can the woman conceive without the MAN. But in the beginning the woman is not in sight, even though she was there, she was simply a PART OF THE SPIRIT BEING WHICH IS GOD. God has no form, that is, he had no body except our body through which he can reveal himself. About two years ago I heard God speaking to me one night about this, as I had never heard any preacher anywhere speak about the woman being a part of the SPIRIT. We have just taken it for granted that somehow God created the woman out of the MAN. However, in Gen 1:26 says. AND GOD SAID, LET US MAKE MAN. He never said let us make a MAN AND A WOMAN. He only said let us make MAN. We need to remember that this man had no body as he was only spirit, male and female functioning together as ONE. It is not that the MALE is half the SPIRIT and the FEMALE is the other half of the SPIRIT, but neither one can function alone, they can only function together AS ONE SPIRIT. It is impossible to divide spirit, so it is necessary for us to understand the function of SPIRIT. When God said to Abraham whose wife was barren, and having no possibility of producing a son as a human being. So Abram told God he would arrange to make a child born in his home, to become my son and heir. But God said NO, but come outside your tent and look up, until you can see the stars, then count them. Of course Abram could not count them for there are millions of them. So what did God say.......
‘SO SHALL THY SEED BE’
AND ABRAM BELIEVED GOD, AND IT WAS COUNTED TO HIM FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS. GENESIS 15:5
I cannot finish this section without reminding you, that when Sarah was 90 years old and having been barren all her life, and Abraham was 100 years old, a divine messenger called in one day and told SARAH she would have a child and she laughed. Most people consider that was a laugh of unbelief with her at 90 years of age and that she would bring forth a CHILD. I prefer to say, that was the LAUGH OF absolute certainty, for she believed with Abraham what GOD said to him, your seed shall be as the stars of heaven that could not be counted for number. O GOD, speak these things into our hearts today convincing us that as the Redeemed of the Lord, we are yet to see the STAR SEED OF GOD filling the earth ON WHICH WE LIVE. Did you know that Abraham and Sarah BIRTHED THE CHRIST, calling him Isaac, according to the word of the ANGEL and from that birthing of the Christ, God’s divine plan on the earth for this our day, began slowly to unfold. The earth is not to be destroyed, but will be restored until it becomes as the GARDEN OF EDEN. The desert will blossom as the rose, and the earth will become filled with the STAR SEED OF GOD. Back in the beginning in Gen 1:28, “God said unto them.” It is important to note that God never created a WOMAN as a separate being but incorporated the FEMALE in the SPIRIT OF MAN. God said to the man, in verse 28,
“BE FRUITFUL AND MULTIPLY AND REPLENISH THE EARTH AND SUBDUE IT AND HAVE DOMINION OVER THE FISH OF THE SEA AND OVER EVERY LIVING THING ON THE EARTH”
The man was created as SPIRIT in creation in the LIKENESS AND THE IMAGE OF GOD, but then God gave him a BODY as he was to live on the earth. The MAN retained the FEMALE as an integral part of the SPIRIT that is in the MAN. However the woman on the earth today was introduced by CHRIST giving her a BODY suitable to the man, but never created with a Body so the reality of the woman actually remains only, as an integral part of the SPIRIT OF THE MAN, but she was also given a body for the process of reproduction. This has not changed the fact that the reality of the woman actually remains as a part of the SPIRIT IN MAN. The Spirit in man is GOD, because Jesus Christ and God are one, and only separated to reveal the different roles they have in the divine program. So the spirit in man is also GOD, but so we can understand the difference in the part each one plays in God’s program, they can be identified. The parts that constitute the spirit in man are two, one being the MALE part, and the second is the Female part. Now it is important to know that spirit cannot be divided. However the spirit in man has two parts that function as ONE, the MALE part and the Female part. THESE TWO PARTS ACTUALLY FUNCTION TOGETHER AS ONE, FORMING THE FEMALE PART OF THE SPIRIT OF MAN, WITH CHRIST BEING THE MALE PART OF THAT SAME SPIRIT. These TWO PARTS function as ONE and cannot be separated. This is very important to know this, so that the woman can find her correct place in both God and this world. To put this together we must continue, so we understand what God has to say about MAN in James 1:18.
“OF HIS OWN WILL GOD BEGAT US WITH ‘THE WORD OF TRUTH’ THAT WE
SHOULD BE A KIND OF FIRSTFRUITS OF HIS CREATURES.”
The ‘Word of Truth’ is CHRIST, who put your body together in your mother’s womb, and remaining in you as a part of the spirit. The important issue here is that the female forms a part of the SPIRIT of man which constitutes the man as a part of the Female aspect of the SPIRIT IN GOD. It was important to God that the female be linked to God and a part of the man also. It is therefore important that the female be linked to God in the next stage of revelation that was to take place, in a new manifestation of God in a NEW race of people through Abraham.
-AND GOD SAID TO ABRAM, YEA, BEHOLD, SARAH THY WIFE SHALL BEAR THEE A SON, AND THOU SHALL CALL HIS NAME ISAAC; AND I WILL ESTABLISH MY COVENANT WITH HIM, FOR AN ‘EVERLASTING COVENANT’, TO BE A GOD TO HIM AND TO HIS SEED AFTER HIM. GENESIS 17:19
The Angel confirmed the birth of a son to Abraham through Sarah, providing the name for him as “ISAAC” which means “He Laughs.” This child conceived in Sarah’s womb by the spirit which is MALE AND FEMALE functioning together as one. The angel passes on more information about this one who is to be born. God says, “I will make an everlasting covenant with him, and with his seed after him, for he is the CHRIST” (Matt 1:1) Now Sarah saw the son of Hagar mocking. So she told Abraham to caste out the bondwoman with her son, for the son of this bondwoman shall not be heir with my Son, even with Isaac. At first, Abraham did not want to cast the bond woman out, until God spoke to him, telling him to do what Sarah said, and God said, “ I will make of the son of the bondwoman to be a nation, because he is thy seed.”
There are only three men with whom God made an everlasting covenant and Abraham was the first, and Isaac was the second and JACOB was the third, and these men together played a part in birthing the CHRIST on the earth who would produce the STAR SEED OF GOD who would be “AS THE STARS OF HEAVEN.” These three men formed the link between the OLD and the NEW COVENANT birthing the Christ and revealing him through humanity in both the old and the New Covenant. In Gen 22, God did tempt or TEST Abraham, and said to him, “ABRAHAM” and he replied, “Behold here I am.” God said, “Take thy son, your only son Isaac, whom you love and get thee into the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering upon one of the mountains of which I will tell you”. Moriah means ‘CHOSEN BY JEHOVAH,’ the mount on the eastern end of Jerusalem on which Solomon built the Temple, which was also where Abraham received the promise from God, that he would bless all the nations of the world. Now the burnt offering must be an offering that is totally given unto God, and not something that God has to TAKE. Isa 61:1. So Abraham obeyed the word of the Lord and set off with two servants and his son Isaac. No doubt wondering why God would want to take Isaac seeing he was his only son, but having been so wonderfully blessed on his long journey he did not question God’s request. It was on the THIRD DAY of travel that Abraham saw the mountain, God was referring to, so he told the servants to stay with the Donkey while he and Isaac went up the mountain to worship GOD. So he loaded the wood on Isaac and took the fire and the knife and they set off up the mountain. On the way Isaac said to his father, we have the wood for the fire, and the knife but where is the lamb for the sacrifice. Abraham replied,” Son, God will provide himself a lamb for a sacrifice.” So they continued on to the appointed place, on the top of the mountain, and they built the Altar and laid out the wood, then he took Isaac and bound him and laid him on the Altar and raised the knife to slay him, when a VOICE FROM HEAVEN said, “Abraham” and he replied, “Here I AM.”
AND HE SAID, LAY NOT YOUR HAND UPON THE LAD, NEITHER DO THOU ANYTHING UNTO HIM: FOR NOW I KNOW THAT YOU FEAR GOD, SEEING YOU HAVE NOT WITHHELD THY SON, YOUR ONLY SON FROM ME. AND ABRAHAM LIFTED UP HIS EYES, AND LOOKED, AND BEHOLD BEHIND HIM A RAM CAUGHT IN A THICKET BY HIS HORNS AND ABRAHAM WENT AND TOOK THE RAM, AND OFFERED HIM UP FOR A BURNT OFFERING, IN THE STEAD OF HIS SON. GENESIS 22:12-13
What an amazing experience for Abraham this was, and a clear testimony as God needed to know if Abraham claimed the SON born of a miracle, belonged to him. The truth is that He was CHRIST THE SON OF GOD who would revisit that same place many years later, when the people would cry out for him to be crucified, and there was no substitute at that time to take his place. All of humanity was involved, when he had healed the sick, and made the blind to see, and the lame to walk, and raised the dead. He could do these things in healing the sick and opening blind eyes because He knew the SPIRIT OF GOD was IN HIM. Then John joined Simon Peter and saw the way the linen clothes were folded. Mary remained outside weeping but after the Men has gone she also looked in the Tomb and saw two angels one sitting at the head and the other sitting where the feet would have been. They said unto her, “Woman why are to weeping?” She replied because that have taken away my LORD, and I do not know where they have laid him. Then she turned around to leave and saw JESUS standing, but did not recognize who he was. Jesus said to her, “Woman why are you weeping, who do you seek?” She thought he was the gardener, so she told him, “Sir if you have taken his body away, tell me where you have laid him because he is precious to us. Jesus turned to her and said, MARY. She turned herself and said to him, “RABBONI,” which means MASTER. Jesus said to her,
“TOUCH ME NOT FOR I HAVE NOT YET ASCENDED TO MY FATHER, BUT GO TO MY BROTHERS AND SAY TO THEM, “I ASCEND UNTO MY FATHER AND YOUR FATHER, AND TO MY GOD AND TO YOUR GOD.”
Jesus knew that if Mary touched him before he had ascended to his heavenly Father, she would have always believed he was just a mortal man. That same evening the disciples were gathered together with the doors locked for fear of the JEWS, Jesus came and stood IN THE MIDST OF THEM, and said, “AS MY FATHER HAS SENT ME SO SEND I YOU.” After he said this he ‘BREATHED ON THEM’ and said, “Receive ye the Holy Spirit, Whosoever sins you remit, they are remitted unto them, and whosoever sins you retain they are retained.” However most of the disciples never had the transformation that Paul had experienced on the road to Damascus. But let us follow the development of God’s plan for the earth after the birth of ISAAC, born of a mother 90 years of age and a father 100 years old. Nothing is too hard for the Lord. Remember Abraham’s seed God promised would be AS THE STARS OF HEAVEN. In Number, YES, in quality YES and all this through a man whose wife was ‘Barren.’ Now Abraham was old and Sarah also. Sarah died and was buried after birthing the CHRIST in Isaac. So Abraham was concerned about the future of his prodigy, so he is now interested in the future of ISAAC. So he calls his oldest servant and makes him swear, that he will under no circumstances choose a wife for him from among the Canaanites, but he was to go back to Abraham’s family and kindred, and choose a wife from there. Because through Isaac was to come the people of God.
The servant felt the weight of his responsibility and considered certain circumstances that may arise in choosing a wife for Isaac. But Abraham said that God would provide an angel who would make sure the right woman would be found and she would be the right one for through her would come the STAR SEED God had promised Abraham. The servant went to where Abraham’s family lived with ten Camels full of the gifts for the bride to be, who would marry Isaac. He asked God to give him a sign as to who would be the right woman. So he said to God let it be the one who I will say to her, “Let down your pitcher, that I may drink.” Then she will say, “Drink, and I will give your camels drink also.” It was not but a few minutes before a beautiful woman appeared called Rebekah who came from the same family as Abraham. She responded as the servant had made the sign asking God to let it be that very one. So Rebekah watered her flock and then hurried home to give the family news of the visitor, and to show her jewels she had been given. The servant wanted to get back home as soon as he could so once the formalities were finished the servant wanted to get back on the road to return home, with the bride for Isaac. It was so important that his wife was related to Abraham, as the offspring must be the STAR SEED OF GOD. So Isaac and Rebekah were married but Rebekah could not conceive, so she asked Isaac to pray for her which he did, and then she became pregnant.
However her pregnancy caused her some concern, as it seemed that she was birthing twins, but it was as if war was going on in her womb. She finally asked the Lord to explain what was happening. Father said, “Two nations are in your womb, and two manner of people shall be separated from thy bowels, and the one people shall be stronger than the other, and the elder shall serve the younger. When the day of the birthing arrived the first one came out RED all over, like a hairy garment, and they called him ESAU and of course he claimed the BIRTHRIGHT. Then the next one came out and he had hold of Esau’s heel, and he was called JACOB. Esau was a hunter and spent most of his time doing what he loved most and that was hunting. His Father tended to favor Esau being a man of great activity. Jacob in contrast was a plain man who dwelt in tents and seemed to spend most of his time in the home, helping his mother and doing things around the house. Remember that God told Rebekah, the elder shall serve the younger, which means Esau would eventually serve Jacob.
One day Jacob was cooking some food when Esau was returning after being away for some time but never caught anything, and Jacob saw him coming across the field looking very tired and probably hungry so he thought this might be his chance to get the Birthright. So as Esau approached the house he called out to Jacob, I am so hungry give me some of that food I can smell you are cooking. Jacob answered and said to his brother, I will give you all the food you want, if you will just give me the birthright. Esau thought, “What is the use of a birthright when you are hungry?” So he gave it to Jacob, and Jacob gave him the food. All went well until Isaac was getting old and his sight began to fail, and this day he called Esau and asked him to get some venison and cook it in the way he liked it and bring it to him, and he would give him the Patriarchal blessing. Rebekah heard what Isaac had said to Esau, so she told Jacob to get some venison they already had, and she would cook it as her husband likes it, and so Jacob could deliver the meal, and get the Father’s blessing. Rebecca understood the will and purposes of God, as God told her about the birthing of the two boys. The ELDER will serve the YOUNGER was God’s decree for the future. So Jacob dressed in Esau’s clothes and goats skin covering his smooth skin, takes the meal into his father. Who feels him and was convinced he was Esau, so he ate the food and then bestowed upon him the Patriarchal Blessing, believing it was Esau he was blessing. God’s will, shall always succeed regardless of our failures.
Isaac put the Divine blessing of the Father on Jacob, even though he thought it was Esau who was receiving it.
THEREFORE GOD WILL GIVE THEE OF THE DEW OF HEAVEN, AND THE FATNESS OF THE EARTH, AND PLENTY OF CORN AND WINE. LET PEOPLE SERVE THEE, AND NATIONS BOW DOWN TO THEE: BE LORD OVER THY BRETHREN, AND LET THY MOTHER'S SONS BOW DOWN TO THEE: CURSED BE EVERY ONE THAT CURSETH THEE, AND BLESSED BE HE THAT BLESSETH THEE. Genesis 27:28
AND I WILL ESTABLISH MY COVENANT BETWEEN ME AND THEE AND THY SEED AFTER THEE IN THEIR GENERATIONS FOR AN EVERLASTING COVENANT, TO BE A GOD UNTO THEE, AND TO THY SEED AFTER THEE. GENESIS 17:7
So the word that God spoke to Rebecca has now been confirmed through ABRAHAM to ISAAC and through ISAAC to JACOB and through JACOB to CHRIST who was yet to be revealed. These three were the only ones to whom God confirmed his everlasting covenant.
WHICH INCLUDES THE STAR SEED PROMISED TO ABRAHAM AND TO ALL THOSE WHO ARE THE PRODUCT OF THE EVERLASTING COVENANT. WHICH INCLUDED JACOB, “AND GOD SAID UNTO ME, BEHOLD, I WILL MAKE THEE FRUITFUL, AND MULTIPLY THEE, AND I WILL MAKE OF THEE A MULTITUDE OF PEOPLE; AND WILL GIVE THIS LAND (THE EARTH) TO “THY SEED JACOB” WHO WAS THE OFFSPRING OF ISAAC WHO WAS THE OFFSPRING OF ABRAHAM, FOR AN EVERLASTING POSSESSION. GENESIS 48:4
We are introduced to the NEW COVENANT In Heb 8:10. Remember that not all who call themselves Israel, are the seed of the New Covenant. For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth anything nor uncircumcision, but A NEW CREATION.
FOR THIS IS THE COVENANT THAT I WILL MAKE WITH THE WHOLE HOUSE OF ISRAEL AFTER THOSE DAYS SAITH THE LORD; I WILL PUT MY LAWS INTO THEIR MIND, AND WRITE THEM IN THEIR HEARTS AND I WILL BE TO THEM THEIR GOD, AND THEY SHALL BE TO ME MY PEOPLE. HEBREWS 8:10.
This is a key verse in this study, which highlights the difference between Israel of the Old Testament and the New. Moses gave Israel two stones on which was written the 10 commandments, which they could never keep, but many Christians today are still trying to keep the Law of God. But the new COVENANT was not given to us on tables of stone, but the LORD SAYS. I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts, and I will be to them a GOD, and they will be to me a people. We have two minds according to Paul, who says we have a carnal or natural mind, which is an enemy of God, but we also have a spiritual mind which is the Mind of CHRIST. Paul says,
LET THIS MIND BE IN YOU WHICH WAS ALSO IN CHRIST JESUS WHO BEING IN THE FORM OF GOD THOUGHT IT NOT A THING TO BE GRASPED AT TO BE EQUAL WITH GOD. BUT MADE HIMSELF OF NO REPUTATION, BUT TOOK UPON HIMSELF THE FORM OF A SERVANT, AND WAS MADE IN THE LIKENESS OF MEN. AND BEING FOUND IN FASHION AS A MAN HE HUMBLED HIMSELF AND BECAME OBEDIENT UNTO DEATH, EVEN THE DEATH OF THE CROSS.
WHEREFORE GOD HAS HIGHLY EXALTED HIM, AND GIVEN HIM A NAME WHICH IS ABOVE EVERY NAME. THAT AT THE NAME OF JESUS EVERY KNEE SHALL BOW AND EVERY TONGUE SHOULD CONFESS THAT JESUS CHRIST IS LORD TO THE GLORY OF GOD THE FATHER.
After MOSES broke the first two stones on which God had written the LAW OF GOD, He called Moses again to the top of the Mount, and wrote the LAW again on two more pieces of stone. He told Moses not to give them to Israel, but to put them INTO THE ARK OF THE COVENANT which represents CHRIST. Who has fulfilled the Covenant and as we were created in CHRIST JESUS, so that is who we are, and the LAW has been fulfilled in us dwelling in all of mankind today. I believe that the average person who claims to be a Christian today only responds to the New Covenant that has been installed in their NATURAL MIND, which Paul tells us is and enemy of God, as it will only satisfy our natural desires.
A CHOSEN GENERATION
BUT YE ARE A CHOSEN GENERATION, A ROYAL PRIESTHOOD, AN HOLY NATION, A PECULIAR PEOPLE; THAT YE SHOULD SHEW FORTH THE PRAISES OF HIM WHO HAS CALLED YOU OUT OF DARKNESS INTO HIS MARVELLOUS LIGHT, WHICH IN TIME PAST WERE NOT A PEOPLE, BUT ARE NOW THE PEOPLE OF GOD: WHICH HAD NOT OBTAINED ME0RCY, BUT NOW HAVE OBTAINED MERCY. DEARLY BELOVED, I BESEECH YOU AS STRANGERS AND PILGRIMS, ABSTAIN FROM FLESHLY LUSTS, WHICH WAR AGAINST THE SOUL; 1 PETER 2:9-11
This is an important statement and we need to know who it refers to. A GENERATION is a group of people brought forth at a certain time for a specific purpose, from a spiritual point of view. The first thing the above verses tells us is, this generation is CHOSEN by God and consists of people who are of ROYAL BLOOD, functioning as a ROYAL PRIESTHOOD. Our royalty connects us with the KINGDOM OF GOD, whose authority will eventually cover the entire earth, who together will form the beginning of a HOLY NATION. To be of HOLY BLOOD one has to be fully submitted to the KING Christ Jesus, who dwells in all of humanity. Paul declares our Body to be the BODY OF THE CHRIST. 1Cor 6:19. But so few have recognized this to be the truth, even though Two Thousand years ago that same CHRIST walked the streets on this earth, in a body exactly the same as our body today, doing the will of his FATHER. This explains what is in the heart of God for us today. To change this world something much more than going to Church on Sunday is required. The term “CHRISTIAN” simply means a CHRIST ONE. What constitutes “A CHRIST ONE?” There is nothing to do to become a CHRIST ONE, but to declare this BODY you have to be “THE BODY OF THE CHRIST.” In 1.Cor 6:19 Paul poses a question for us all, “Do you not know that your body is the “TEMPLE” or dwelling place of JESUS CHRIST who is in you, which you have of GOD, and it does not belong to you.” This involves a serious decision for us to declare who is the rightful owner of this body, God provided for us at birth. Be reminded, YOUR BODY belongs to CHRIST and NOT TO YOU.
Two thousand years ago Jesus Christ walked the streets in Jerusalem healing the sick and opening blind eyes and making the lame to walk and even raised the dead. If God’s people understood who really owns their body, and surrendered it to the CHRIST, what would happen on this earth today? The Christ who is your true identity through Creation, would walk the streets of the town as the owner of the body you thought was yours, and every sick person you pass would be healed. The blind would have their eyes opened and the Lame would walk. It would be your hand that touched the person but the power behind your hand would be the power of CHRIST.
“A SEED SHALL SERVE HIM; IT SHALL BE ACCOUNTED TO THE LORD FOR A GENERATION.” PSALM 22:30
When God created the EARTH be did not leave it barren but he planted the trees of all kinds. and the flowers and the grass and much more. But he did not need to plant a hundred orange trees only ONE was needed of each type. In the wisdom of God, He put the SEED in the fruit of every tree for the forest is ever renewing itself, as the fruit drops to the ground it carries the LIFE of another tree. Many of the animals and the birds help to distribute the seeds a little further away. I believe we are close to a GENERATION called of the LORD who will be awakened by the LORD to understand that the BODY that Jesus had 2000 years ago, was able to make the lame to walk, the blind to see, and the deaf to hear, and any one that was sick regardless of what every sickness they had, He touched them and they were made whole. A man who lay 38 years at the pool of Bethesda, a complete paralytic, heard Jesus say, Pick up your bed and go home. And he went home. Lazarus had been dead for four days but Jesus called his name and Lazarus walked out of the tomb. I am convinced that unless we release these bodies of ours, and allow the rightful owner who is the CHRIST, to fulfill the will and purpose of our Heavenly FATHER, there is no hope for this world in which we live today. Sickness and disease is increasing every day and often outsmarting our medications, that are today failing to function as they used to. All that is required is for each of us to BOW TO THE KING JESUS CHRIST and say to him, “I now know that this body I have, belongs to YOU and today I give you absolute authority to use it to build the KINGDOM OF GOD, and I am under your control. Like Saul of TARSUS lying on the road dazzled by the LIGHT OF HEAVEN, I am asking you the same question, “LORD WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO.”
It was the Apostle Paul who declared that the body we now have does not belong to us, but to Jesus Christ. However most Christians have ignored what he told us and continued to use this body to do whatever we choose to do. About 2000 years ago an angel appeared to a woman who had not been married and told her that God needed her body, which seemed a strange thing to her. The truth is, he did not ask her permission to use her body, because as we know now, the body of every person on the earth was formed by God in your mother’s womb, for the express purpose of the CHRIST who dwells in you to use, to fulfill his Father’s will and purpose. Disease and sickness were never a part of God’s creation so it has no right to be here and certainly no right to invade our body. But it is a common issue today with all mankind, but we go to a doctor asking him to help us, but it is only a slight reprieve for eventually our body is overcome by disease and we die. How can we make this body to be the BODY OF CHRIST. I am the person that presently functions operating this body to accomplish whatever I need it to do. When a need arises in my life I make a decision that I need to do certain things so my legs take me where I need to go, and use my hands to pick up what I need to take home with me, and return home. But if this body suddenly became the body of CHRIST, and I am walking along the road and a blind person was sitting there calling for someone to help him, I would immediately be activated and my feet would stop in front of the blind person and my hand reaches out to just touch his eyes, then my legs begin to walk again and I hear the man who was blind calling out, THANK YOU for now I CAN SEE. It is the same body but it is the CHRIST SPIRIT in me that now holds the right to direct the body where ever he chooses, I am using the same feet to move, but they are under the control of the CHRIST SPIRIT. So are my hands and my voice and every other faculty of my body. My hands under the authority of humanity, cannot accomplish what they can do under the power of the SPIRIT OF CHRIST. From humanity’s point of view Jesus Christ looked no different to any other man on the earth. Virtually there is nothing that is preventing us from doing what Jesus Christ did.
Many years ago I really felt a desire to do what Jesus did when he was on the earth. I had been considering this for some time but an opportunity did not happen to come my way. Then one day in India a Christian business man that I got to know, came to where I was staying and asked me if I was busy. I told him I was free at that time so he told me that he wanted to build a new Home for his family in a certain area in the city. He told me he had already bought the property but there was one issue that was making the area he had bought unsuitable for him. In this area there was no reticulated water so you would have to go out along the road to the communal Pump and get your water for the house. So this man had dug a well on his land and it was full of water, but he said we cannot drink the water, as it tasted awful. He looked at me and said, “Brother would you come and pray for my well. I knew this was the day I had been waiting for, so rather softly I said YES. He took me out on the back of his motorcycle, thinking what I should do. When we arrived I still had no idea what I should do. So I simply said in my heart Father please tell me what you want me to do. I looked into the well and I saw the water and I stood there until I heard Father’s voice from within me say, “Just walk around the well.” So I did, but I thought perhaps I need to do that again so I walked around it again. Then I turned and said to my friend, “can we go back to where I was staying.” So he took me back and we never said a word. About half an hour later he was back to say thank you for healing his well. He was so excited as he loved the Lord, so I said to him. “Do you know that you could have healed the water without me.” Last year I was in India again for ministry and he insisted I stay in his lovely home, which I did and he reminded me of that day FATHER healed the well. Since then I have seen many wonderful things Father has done as I simply asked him, “What do you want he to do, and I do what he says, and he does the rest. I have only told you of this experience, to encourage you to prove God for yourself.
Two thousand years ago CHRIST walked the streets on this earth and healed the sick and made the blind to see, and the deaf could hear and He even raised the Dead. Now this same CHRIST dwells in your body today that is capable of doing exactly the same, but we still die from disease and sickness, WHY IS THIS. We have never declared this body to be HIS BODY making it available to him, to do with it what he desires to do on the earth. The Christ in your body, is capable of healing every sickness in this world, if we only believed HE IS IN US and not up in the sky. Today there is a voice arising from within, reminding us that we were created in Christ Jesus, and that means that Christ is our identity. Many Christians are waiting for the resurrection or the rapture, when they believe we shall all be raised up into LIFE EVERLASTING. BUT 2000 years ago Jesus Christ laid down his life FOR US and AS US so that he could raise us up with himself, into life EVERLASTING. There is no other resurrection other than on that morning of the third day, DEATH WAS OVER COME FOR EVER, FOR EVERYONE. Romans 8:11, and 1Cor 15:20
IF THE SPIRIT OF HIM WHO RAISED JESUS OUT FROM THE DEAD, DWELLS IN YOU, (THAT IS THE QUESTION) HE WHO RAISED UP THE CHRIST OUT FROM THE DEAD, SHALL ALSO QUICKEN YOUR DYING BODIES, THROUGH HIS SPIRIT DWELLING IN YOU. AND NOW IS CHRIST ARISEN FROM THE DEAD AND BECOME THE FIRSTFRUITS OF THEN THAT SLEPT. FOR SINCE BY MAN CAME DEATH, BY MAN ALSO CAME THE RESURRECTION OF THE DEAD. FOR AS IN ADAM ALL DIE, EVEN SO IN THE SAME WAY, ALL WHO WERE CREATED IN CHRIST JESUS, SHALL BE MADE ALIVE.
Notice that the “ALL” who die in ADAM are exactly the same “ALL” who shall be made alive in CHRIST.
It is sad to see Christians today so confused concerning the situation in the world today, and about what they consider to be the end of the World, and this time of war and unrest, among the Nations of the world. Even the Church has come under stress with the evidence of Isis, revealing a section of the religious system that advocates the killing of Christians who oppose the followers of Mohamed. This reveals the confusion that now has involved the Church in the war that has shaken the world. The roots of the Church as they have developed in our world today are not found in the Scriptures, as it was the disciples who began the Church in Jerusalem, after the Death of Jesus Christ and his resurrection. The Word states, the disciples did not follow Jesus from that time. So the establishment and the function of the Church was not part of the design of God, but actually finds its foundation in the set up and function established by the disciples that no longer walked with Jesus Christ. So there is no scriptural validation for the Church as it was established by the disciples, who showed no interest in the NEW COVENANT, that Saul had been divinely selected by God to introduce to the people. Unlike the disciples he never was taught of man but by the Spirit of the Lord.
This is a very important issue that has been overlooked almost completely by Christians down through the years since our Bible became available in book form after the Printing machine was invented, during the years of 1600 AD. Since then Christians have followed the same SYSTEM OF CHURCH with seats all in rows facing the front and a MAN out in front introduces the Program. There is not one verse in the Bible to support this, as being what Father intended to be our guide. Every picture of that “LAST SUPPER” Jesus had with the disciples, showed they were seated around a table and Jesus was seated with them. Everybody was able to see every other person, and Jesus whose life has energised us, was in Charge. The Christ that is in every one present, is the one who is in charge of the gathering. “WHERE TWO OR THREE ARE GATHERED TOGETHER IN MY NAME, THERE AM I IN THE MIDST.” It is obvious that Jesus never considered a coming together of a thousand people for this kind of fellowship, for the very nature of this fellowship was only for those with a living relationship with Jesus Christ who died as us, that we might live with gratitude, remembering his death, burial and resurrection, and joining together with those who are living with a constant gratitude to Him who redeemed us by his blood, shed at Calvary.
It is easy to see that if most of God’s people continue to use their Carnal Mind, it will bring them into spiritual death and separation from God. But it is God’s will and purpose, that we are to produce the “STAR SEED,” God promised to Abraham, who are to fill the earth with his OFF- SPRING. This is serious business and requires us to function through the “Mind of the Spirit,” and obedience to God. We are living in critical times, and it would seem that the will of God has been lost to this generation. But of course this is not so, and I can assure you that God’s will shall be done on the earth according to His will and purpose. No one is going to destroy the earth with some super Bomb, as it is in God’s purpose for this earth to be restored, until it resembles the Garden of Eden. Many changes will ultimately take place on this earth as the oceans will be restricted and the land connected so no one can be isolated from the rest of the people in the world. Abraham’s seed or Off- Spring at this time will number as the Stars of Heaven according to God’s promise to him in Gen 15:5, will fill the earth. Remember, Sarah who had been barren all her life and was now 90 years old was told by the Angel, she was about to have a child and call his name Isaac. This was the CHRIST, and was the fulfilment of the promise God made to Abraham that his SEED or offspring, would be as the STARS OF HEAVEN living on this restored earth.
This was a miracle birth for a woman 90 years old to birth the CHRIST according to Matt 1:1-2. So the seed of Abraham will be as numberless as the Stars of Heaven, and will fill the restored Earth with a people, who, like the STARS that cannot be numbered but will be born of the offspring of Abraham on this earth. Beloved, as we consider the program for the restoration of this earth from the birth of Abraham, in a heathen country, we must be amazed how Father had everything planned Producing the Christ through a barren woman before he was known or recognised on the earth. I have personally been amazed at what lies ahead of us yet in time, that has been so carefully planned such a long time ago when God called a man from a heathen country where they worshipped Idols with a wife who was barren and told him to pack your bags and leave your country, and leave you Kindred, and your father’s house, unto a land that I will show you.
It is my prayer that this book will help you to know that God’s program is right on course and
all is well. Be blessed and encouraged so you will hear the voice of the MASTER WHO IS THE KING
OF THE WHOLE EARTH.
